Our room was charmingly decorated but a bit crowded and cluttered with art and bric-a-brac. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. Big bathtub right in the main room. High quality bath products and coffee maker. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. Downstairs pub produced some noise but fairly quiet as it was a weeknight.

We booked a treat as have two birthdays in December. My husband, me and my son stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the reserve.
Customer service was really good and the room we had was just lovely, very clean and the most amazing bath that you could lie down in - a bonus for tall people!
We had breakfast included as part of our package and it was delicious.
As part of the stay, we had entry to the reserve on the day of check in and also on the day of check out - you could choose Howlett's if you wanted instead - the use of a golf buggy during our stay and an included safari ride.
We took advantage of the black Friday deal and got up close and personal to a rather gorgeous rhino - the keeper was so knowledgeable and friendly and clearly enjoyed his interaction with the animals.
All in all an amazing experience and we would love to go back.
Thank you also to the hotel for recognising our two birthdays and putting birthday cards in our room - a very nice touch!
