Great location for access to the NEC, a very average experience for a very reasonable price. You receive all you would expect in a hotel including a very mediocre breakfast that is also reasonably priced, clean towels and soaps, room kettle, teas and biscuits, comfy clean bed and a sufficiently cleaned room with good working en-suite shower, and free Wi-Fi (though coverage is hit and miss)

Just the right place to stay for visiting National Trust places. Also to visit Gardener's World Live which is just 10 minutes away. It is next to a great pub/restaurant within a few yards from the front door. Food is excellent. It has plenty of places to walk.
