From the moment we walked through the doors it was exceptional. We were upgraded and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Dinner was a delight and breakfast that included in rate was so Ono (means yummy in Hawaiian 😁)

Never stayed due to sudden illness
Never stayed due to sudden illness
Dalmeny Park Hotel response was `not our problem - you booked through booking.com - contact them`
Booking.com - contacted but never got a response
Very poor customer outcome from both parties - watch out for this as if you get ill suddenly - booking.com & Dalmeny Park Hotel don`t care about their patrons & service standards are poor to say the least
Shame on both Dalmeny & Booking.com - would hate to rely on either in a crisis - probably wash their hands and tell you to flip off!!!!

All the staff I met, in particular the breakfast waitresses were very helpful and gave me the quickest directions to the venue that I had to attend that morning.
Really good breakfast (vegetarian)
Lovely room.
Everything! The evening meal was excellent. As a vegetarian I had 4 delicious options. My husband had slow cooked beef which he loved. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel from the light fixtures to the carpets was delightful. My husband pointed out to me that if you look at the back of the chairs in the dining room they look like skinny legs wearing shorts. We intend to visit every hotel owned by this company.
From the off ,great friendly front of house staff ,great spotless rooms ,very comfortable, evening meal was delicious, with great friendly waiting staff ,breakfast was superb again with brilliant waiting staff a credit to your hotel ,can’t wait to return
Always love to stay here when we travel up north. This time was for a family funeral with the wake held in the hotel. The staff went out of their way, as always, to show respect and support to all involved.
Thank you for your support.

This is my peace of heaven. The hotel is quite, clean, people and the gardens are lovely. Rooms are amazing. It on the bus route and near the shops but you wouldnt know it,as its so quite.
Beautiful hotel, luxury designed rooms, better than on photos! It was a pleasure to stay here. Also delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
I was okay with the location because I could use nearby public transportation. The apartment had no staff, and I was able to reach the owner after 2 tries.
Clean and comfy. I wish I had the bed at home! Quiet and restful. Just minutes from Glasgow airport but not directly in the city. Plenty of free parking.
