Situated in the Roe Valley, this hotel is set among spectacular scenery and near historic sites. It also the perfect place to stay for those wanting to fish.

Very kind and helpful staff, lovely comfortable beds rooms perfectly clean, food was delicious and incredible value (3 course dinner for £25!). The hotel also provide a free cooked breakfast along with a continental breakfast (fruit, toast, pancakes, juice etc). Locals in the area were also very friendly, we would highly recommend this hotel (very nice chipper just down the road as well some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever eaten!)

Lovely room, good size, requested an iron and was at my door in minutes. Dinner was beautiful, the taste was exquisite and meat was melt in your mouth. Staff was friendly and so helpful. We really had the best time. Unfortunately we did not make breakfast as we were that relaxed we slept in lol. The Spa facility was amazing, definitely worth the price.

It is a small town with not many facilities or shops - but plenty in nearby towns. Has a lovely walk along the lake side, about 5 miles of wildlife sanctuary. Main town of Derry/Londonderry is close and has a great 1 mile walk around the city walls with lots of information.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel was IMPECCABLY clean, you could eat off the surfaces. The bedrooms had either been very recently renovated, very well maintained or both. the room was completely spotless and all in room facilities were in excellent condition. The price was very low and my expectations were low as a result - however, the rooms were warm, comfortable and exceptionally clean. I would have happily paid twice what I was paid and considered it good value.

The hotel went above and beyond with my room requests, giving us a bigger room and cot for my 2 and a half year old. A very quiet room. Staff were so nice. The food here was exceptional. I really enjoyed both evening meal and the full fry the next morning. Plenty of cereals, pastry items and yogurts for the kids also. Very good. I would definitely stay again.

Helpful and friendly staff. We were travelling by cycle. I contacted the hotel prior to travelling and secure overnight storage for our cycles was arranged. Rooms were spotless. Had an evening meal in the bar which was of good quality and value. Breakfast choice was excellent. We were spoilt for choice even though we did not have the cooked breakfast.

A friendly and informative reception at arrival. A clean and well presented room. An evening meal at the Hotel was very good and reasonably price. Breakfast the next morning was as expected, with plenty of choice. My wife and I spent 1 night at the Hotel as we had an appointment at the nearby Hospital.
