The hotel is centrally located. The staff was so wonderful and welcoming. James was very courteous and remembered us every time we walked into the bar. The room was nice and really clean. The breakfast was delicious and very filling - the traditional English breakfast was wonderful! The breakfast staff were wonderful!!! What exceptional hospitality. It was so nice to just walk downstairs to get a pint! We appreciated the tray to put our boots on after our hikes. And it's only a short walk to Wensleydale Creamery! :D

Delicious food and very friendly staff Even offered to go to the butcher on the last day to get us something that was nt on the menu if we wanted(there was plenty to choose from on the menu so it was nt necessary)
Fresh towels every day
Lovely old building right in the heart of the village.
Unfortunately whoever does the cleaning needs to go to specsavers as our room had a lot of dust and cobwebs plus the windows were wedged/painted shut.
Crockery and cutlery not always very clean - specsavers again!!

For us, it was a good location.
For us, it was a good location.
The help guide within the property lists good restaurants / pubs.
The local pub is good and friendly.
Food is good portions at a good price.
The George and dragon to the west also sells good portions, well priced.
We found that pubs that had been visited by all creatures great and small were generally over priced.
Good playground on the village green and stocks on the opposite side of the road.
Good walks from Bainbridge.

Perfect village location in the Yorkshire Dales - has a traditional pub (Rose and Crown) and is ideally placed for walking or cycling and yet it suffers none of the problems of nearby Hawes (too busy)
Lovely small b&b in Bainbridge.
Very clean and quite traditional with modern touches.
Only 4 rooms, all close together, but surprisingly spacious. We had a riverview room which had lovely views of the dales but a little noisy also facing main road over the bridge.
Breakfast was a little limited but tasty and filling and freshly cooked with veggie sausages which was nicely accomodating.
Roxana was welcoming and informative of places to explore and visit in the area.
Was great tv had option of netflix, bbc iplayer etc.
Fascinating old building on the green at Bainbridge.Four-poster bed in quirky room with fine view.Very comfortable & quiet .Good filling full English breakfast.Staff extremely friendly & willing to go the extra mile(eg produced tasty lunch on arrival although officially closed just then) Grand filling pub dinner in spacious dining room with family from Scotland--very accommodating to our 8-year old great-niece. Pies & Giant Yorkshires a speciality.Pleased we could book a single night in such a prime location.
The location was lovely, beside the river.
Roxanne was so welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Our room was small but cosy and the beds were so comfy.
Our breakfast was just what we needed before a day travelling around the most beautiful part of England..the Yorkshire Dales.
It's called GOD'S OWN COUNTY for a reason!
Makes us proud to be Yorkshire born and bred.

We had a warm and comfortable room, and a very good breakfast with plenty of choice. The owner was very welcoming, and was able to tell us about places to eat, and booked the Inn in the village for us, which was within walking distance. Bainbridge is a quaint little village, we had a lovely stay and would go back.
The b&b is lovely. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy. Roxanna was so friendly and helpful with walks. We enjoyed the walk from the B&B to the local lake along the roman road and back via the river to Bainbridge. Roxanna’s breakfasts were absolutely delicious, we will definitely be returning!
From the pre arrival information to the check out it was perfect. For the price it’s unbelievable. In our vast experience of small hotels/ guest houses this is one of the very best. The decor is wonderful and the breakfast is superb. We were in the storehouse and it was a very generous sized room.
A stunning guest house in the heart of the village. Super hosts who will go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay in Bainbridge.
The photos on the booking sites do not do this place justice, it is simply fantastic!
You will not find a better place to stay in this area.
Really nice cosy guesthouse, very pleasant friendly hostess and she made an excellent breakfast
The location in the idyllic Yorkshire Dales village of Bainbridge is also a big plus.
Overall, delighted with our weekend at the Hazel's Roost
Bainbridge was beautiful and tranquil. The accommodation was very comfortable and organised to give independence and yet supportive. Roxana, the owner, was discreet, but also very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
Beautiful Mill in the Yorkshire Dales!
Fantastic location in a lovely village. Great room and facilities!
Warm welcome from owners with a lovely breakfast 😁😁
