Located on a no-through street that is a short walk to the high street in Ashford. It's an entire 1 bedroom flat that was perfect for a family. Property has washer/dryer on premises. Train station very close that had a direct line to Waterloo (~40mins). Staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. 15mins to LHR if that!

It was relatively close to the airport and on a bus route so transportation around the city was generally easy but long. Once you get to a train station ie. Heathrow express it still takes over an hour to get to central London to do any tourist sight seeing. But the hotel is beautiful and the rooms clean and bed comfortable.

Best home away from home I’ve stayed in so far. My mom, my dog and I were incredibly comfortable! Wonderful family run space, clean, private and warm. Definitely recommend and if I find myself back near London I am definitely re-booking!! 10 out of 10!!

A very nice room very clean & comfortable, Nice comfortable double bed Flat screen tv, Small kitchen with fridge kettle microwave but unfortunately no toaster it really needs one, Lovely shower room and toilet but 100% could do with a new shower head maybe even a shower as i had a problem with the temp on it, Nice quiet location with plenty of street parking right outside, Fish n chips and a pub & 2 sml shops a few mins walk away, Close to shopping areas and great location for getting out & about.

Not a place I would visit out of choice. Safe enough but it is a commuter place with main busy roads around, however, it is within a very short distance (2 miles) of Shepperton Studios, not far from Walton on Thames and other nice places.
