Dunvegan Bed & Breakfast, hotel in Archiestown

Boasting a shared lounge and views of mountain, Dunvegan Bed & Breakfast is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Dufftown, 23 km from Huntly Castle.

The property was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. Theresa our host was so friendly and made sure our stay was enjoyable. She even let us bring in a Chinese takeaway and eat it in her dining room which was over and above anything we would have expected. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed extremely comfortable. Toiletries were provided and there was also a nice choice of tea and coffee with kettle, coffee machine and fridge provided. There was even a wee dram of whisky waiting for us. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a B&B with the best of produce including homemade jams. We enjoyed our stay so much and would not hesitate to visit again and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you again Theresa
