Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay very welcoming.
The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff was so wonderful and welcoming. James was very courteous and remembered us every time we walked into the bar. The room was nice and really clean. The breakfast was delicious and very filling - the traditional English breakfast was wonderful! The breakfast staff were wonderful!!! What exceptional hospitality. It was so nice to just walk downstairs to get a pint! We appreciated the tray to put our boots on after our hikes. And it's only a short walk to Wensleydale Creamery! :D
