The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff were wonderful and friendly. We also enjoyed the staff in the local lounge.

The rooms are stunning and comfortable, really unique too. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The bar with pool table had a great atmosphere. The hamper basket was very good although only one croissant for my boys was not enough.

We like the historic feel to the property. Breakfast and dinner were included in our booking and both were really good. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is included and even if you cannot park in the small lot you are given a street parking permit good from the day you check in through your entire check out date. We walked to Stirling Castle from the hotel, and it was scenic and a good bit of exercise.
