Dinner was both fantastic with regards to the food and wine pairing. But also, the server (who might also be the lead person for the hotel restaurant) was both enjoyable and exceptionally knowledgeable. We had a lactose intolerant (dairy allergy) guest and a gluten allergy guest and both were addressed with fantastic options.
