Linda and Nigel are perfect hosts.
The quality of their accommodation is outstanding.
Lovely warm welcome. Excellent room with stunning views across the estuary.
We opted to have breakfast at the property for the extra cost. Which was excellent and worth every penny.
We will definitely be returning.

The location was ideal and the parking pass to a nearby carpark made it a lot more convenient than first anticipated.
The photos don't do the quality of finish and decor justice! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Lovely white and fresh bed linen and spotlessly clean. I felt comfortable with my kids and dogs and the stair gate at the bottom of the stairs made it so easy with the dogs and their sandy paws!

We wanted to visit Aberdyfi because my husband went to the Outward Bound centre 64 years ago and had been in touch. We were invited to revisit and he was given all the paperwork relating to him. He had excelled! That was the main reason for our visit but he recalled it being a lovely place and it certainly is. Font Haul where we stayed was excellent.

The circular walk (around 4.5miles) is well sign posted & provides superb views of the Aberdyfi estuary from on high - not easy as it’s a steep climb in places but well worth it for the views !!!!

Aberdyfi is beautiful on a summers day even though it gets really busy. On a wet miserable winters day 2 weeks from Christmas looked like a ghost town, with a few cafes open and pubs but no shops after 4pm. Beach is lovely, however we only went for a brief walk as weather great . Sad it didn't look festive is this down to council cutbacks you have to ask yourself?!

Beach great to walk, play and has stunning views.
Beach great to walk, play and has stunning views. We got an ice-cream from Aberdyfi ice cream shop which had plenty of flavours to choose from and was delicious. We took a day out to a local ruined castle which was a short drive away and stunning too. The pub had great food and staff, but was a short walk from beach on a road with no pavements.

The house is acceptable with all the facilities available.. the only thing is that the owner took advantage of his right to deduct money from my card afterwards, when he ripped us off for £99 pounds for very few trivial bits left, like an empty wine bottle and a nappy. I felt that this not really professional.

Lovely sandy beach and harbour plenty of places to walk both in and around. Visited Coast for a Tapas evening the wine and food was very good. Lots of lovely coffee shops for sitting outside. The Medina being one of them tucked away off the main street. Very easy to get around and lots of other places within easy access too.
Beautifully appointed room with excellent facilities and proprietors were very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the location of the property in Aberdyfi itself which is located at the top of a very steep hill. For young and fit people this might not pose a problem, for the more elderly and/or those with mobility issues, it would be. However, if you have a car then it's simply resolved with plenty of parking down in the town.
A beautiful location. The property overlooks Aberdyfi golf course and sand dunes, leading to the sea. The views of the sea and sky were constantly changing as the weather changed, very atmospheric. Great for artists and photographers.
The mature gardens and lawns around the house were very well maintained and must look stunning in spring and summer.
Perhaps another holiday one day when we could enjoy the outside facilities?
This hotel is exceptional. The faculties are amazing. There’s a pool, a games room, even a sitting room for the dogs who are staying in the hotel. There was even a harpist entertaining in the evening!
The whole place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and there are lots of original art works around.
The location is great and there’s lots of safe parking on site.
The staff are helpful and friendly.

WE HAD CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST CERAL TEA AND TOAST FOR US, WE WOULD HAVE HAD THE FULL ENGLISH, BUT THEY WERE SO HOSPITIPAL THE NIGHT BEFORE, WE COULDNT FACE IT HA HA, WE HAD 16 THE LEWIS SUITE IT IS A TINY TREK UP THE STAIRS TO IT, BUT WORTH THE VIEWS AND COMFORT, AND THE CAR PARKING FOR THE SUITES IS JUST UP THE HILL PAST THE HOTEL ITSELF, SO ALL CLOSEBY, WE HAD SUNDAY DINNER THERE WHICH WAS LOVELY TOO
The location is brilliant a five minute walk to Aberdyfi Main Street and beach, the room is modern and clean. The view is amazing out of the window and you feel
relaxed as soon as you arrive. Nigel was very welcoming and made us feel at home either fresh filtered water and homemade cake. The property also has free parking. The location is high up but easily walkable and worth it for the views,
Great stay, lovely place in perfect location to explore Aberdyfi & further afield. Host Philippa was really friendly & accomodating. Rooms are well designed & cared for, & toasty warm when the temperature drops! Breakfasts are a highlight as well, thank you to Colin. Would definitely stay again!
Fantastic peaceful location to relax and unwind
Amazing views overlooking Aberdyfi.
A well equipped, spacious, warm and cosy log cabin.
Wonderful hosts with quick responses to any queries.
Enjoyed every minute..will be returning soon ☺
Situated in the centre of Aberdyfi, very comfortable room with excellent breakfast. The pub side of the business is well separated from the hotel side so nice and quiet but there is the conviviality there as well.
Great view and very nice room with basic facilities. My mother stayed in separate room within the hotel she didn't have tv reception this wasn't dealt with unfortunately.
