Strasbourg is a beautiful historical city. The transport system in the city is wonderful. I loved riding on the trams. The staff at the tourist office were very helpful. Reductions for being over 60 at museums. Wonderful artisan bread and cheese. Loved the Alsatian Pino Noir.

We used the map (1.50 euro) from the Strasbourg Tourist Office to do our own self-guided tour of the old town in the morning then did a 1h15 Batorama river cruise in an open-topped riverboat in the afternoon which was well worth the money (15.75 euro per person). You need to allow plenty of time to view the Strasbourg Cathedral of Notre-Dame both inside and out - the Astronomical Clock inside is a must see!

Its like living in a storybook we were there in April, it did get some rain but that never stops us from enjoying the cafes and popping into shops. I am looking forward to coming back and spending some time exploring more.

Strasbourg is clean, pedestrian friendly, with easy access to trains, buses and trams. We found it a bit confusing figuring out the transit system at first, but once done, they are great. We highly recommend the Modern Art Museum (and their cafe is lovely) and a visit to the European Parliament. The architecture in both is amazing.

We enjoyed seeing the city and walking the streets.
We enjoyed seeing the city and walking the streets. The atmosphere was very positive and joyful. You could buy interesting souvenirs. The food was variable and delicious. Lot of sweats and cakes everywhere. The sellers and staffs of sale centers tried to talk on English and it was very good since my french ability is weak. The public transportation was great. It could also be a tourist attraction.

Magical place wandering around Le petite france area.
Magical place wandering around Le petite france area. Highly recommend the tourist trains (there are two) which both go from either side of the cathedral. 45 mins each circuit. Informative and interesting. Do the one through Le Petite France first as it’s the best. The second one takes you more around the city through university area and past historical german/nazi areas. Make sure to wandering around Le Petite France on foot also though esp around the lock area by the tanners house.
The room was just good size for 2 person as we only used it at the end of everyday to sleep. I am so happy that they have a good breakfast buffet if you would like to enjoy some French breakfast before you start your day. They entire hotel was so pet friendly and we were not charged extra for the dog. The staff was so friendly and they all spoke good English to accommodate us. It was just a 20 to 30 minutes walk from the hotel to Petit France and City Centre if you didn't want to take public transport. We also had free parking for our car.
Location was excellent being in the old centre, and just a short walk from petit france, the cathedral and right round the corner from a lot of restaurants. The bathroom was modern, a good size and well equipped. If staying a couple of nights and intending to eat out, then the main room was perfect as a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a nice kitchen area to make simple breakfast and coffee (the host left some coffee pods for the machine which was a really nice touch).
Access was really easy
Victoria is a perfect match of price and quality! I never take luxury hotels no matter whether business trip or a leisure. It was not my first stay at Victoria. It met my expectations this time too. WiFi was excellent! hot water was good! Bed was comfy! what else is needed? the location is convenient! within 100 meters from the railway station and within 5 minutes walk from Petit France (historic area of Strasbourg).
Excellent location! Five minutes walking from the train station, very close to Le Petit France and within walking distance from the main attractions. There are markets, bakeries and shops next to hotel in case you need anything. Loved the style of the room which is very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very helpful! I would definitely book here again the next time I'll come to Strasbourg!
The location of the hotel is perfect, Petite France and all other attractions you might want to see in Strasbourg are in very close walking distance. The equipment of the room is very basic but will do the job if you want to just stay one or two nights and not spend a lot of time at the hotel.
The staff speak English.
We loved our time at the Pavillion Regent Petite France! The room, view, and location were perfect. The hotel was surrounded by lots of wonderful restaurants with views overlooking the river. Strolling the historic city center after a delicious dinner was a perfect ending to our days in Petite France.
Quality courtesy and strategic location (near petite france) to visit Strasbourg make this Hotel a guarantee. We had a great time and will recommend it because when you are on vacation it is right to indulge in the best. The spa is also very nice to relax after a day of walking.
The property was so lovely, the hotel and staff were superb and so obliging BUT I DO FEEL BOOKING .com could have been much more upfront and transparent about the parking situation before you book , as Strasbourg hate cars , not great for a travelling holiday
The place was clean, nice , and well appointed. The staff was great. The beds are comfortable and the space large for the area. The location was good, with a 15 minute walk to the train station and about a 20 minute walk to la petite france.
Great location near Gare de Strasbourg and very close to city center. Stilish rooms and super clean hotel overall. I liked that we managed to rent our bikes directly from the hotel and they were almost new, worked perfectly for us.
The location was excellent. 5mins to Petite France and 5mins to Cathedral. My only advise is to avoid check-in at 5pm rush hour. The car traffic is horrendous. However, the parking near the hotel was convenient for bags.
Beautiful hotel in the center of Strasbourg little France, walking distance from everything you want to see, you upgraded our room to the junior suite, and it was big and charming, lovely room. The spa was excellnet.
The hotel is fantastically located in the old city centre of Strasbourg. The staff is very friendly. The lobby is how a lobby should be, comfortable and atmospheric. The rooms are great. The breakfast is amazing.
Great hotel with excellent location for the centre of Strasbourg. Our room was well furnished and quiet with a comfy bed and tea/coffee facilities. Lots of great local restaurants in the surrounding streets.
The location was great - an easy flat 20 minutes cycle ride into Strasbourg centre petite France. The air conditioning was great in the 41 degrees heat that we had. It was clean and everything functional.
The hotel was well located for us, we had a car to park and the hotel provided free parking. We were a 20min commute in public transport from the centre of Strasbourg, and about 35min walk.
