We checked in very late so there wasn't any staff on reception, but they made check in smooth remotely, just called them on the phone. The place is very cozy, lot of beautiful small original things in interior design.

The host is not good at speaking English . However, they do their best to communicate with guests by using translation application so that you may not have any problem . This place is the heaven for rent-car users . Sorry for the walkers.

Dont believe the photos, you cant see the mountains from your room you can see shops and you cant sit on the roof top and look at tje stars in the hot tub as they shut it at 9pm but they dont tell you this, you only find out when you go up there all excited in your swim wear and the door wont open. Rubbish and over priced

Beautiful renovation with comfortable double bed, modern kitchen/living & washing machine. Within walking distance of town, train, Lac de Passy, Centre Aquatique and historical sites like Le Collégiale de Saint Jacque et l’Église Saint Martin. Of course the breathtaking mountains - les 4 Têtes, Tête Noir and Mont Blanc - surround Sallanches with all their hiking (and skiing) pursuits.
Due to heavy traffic (wating queues in the Mont Blanc tunnel in Italy), we arrived late. We informed the reception desk on our late arrival time (beyond the closing time of the restaurant), and 2 young gentlemen at the reception desk took care of providing a dinner in the room. Very nice service !
The room was modern, nice, and clean,. The beds were great, and the room had a nice terrace. We hope to have more time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel next time.
Very nice location - quiet, picturesque, good size of the room and bathroom. The owners let us to check-in earlier, good tasty breakfast was served in the morning. There is fully equipped kitchen available, what is very useful as the nearest restaurant only in Sallanches, what is 10 min drive. After hiking we enjoyed our dinner at the terrace and didn't want to move anywhere, enjoying the view and the cows:)
The hotel is very clean and offers a lot for the price you pay. We expected a basic room and breakfast, but the appearance of the room was more sophisticated than we thought. It was very clean, sheets were top white and ironed, the bathroom had amenities and nice towels. The breakfast was simple but just what you need to start the day. Also the rooms have mountain view which is really great.
We stayed 3 nights for our trip. “Chantemerle” was perfect and we enjoyed Mont-Blanc region a lot, host Emilie and family are very kind, gave a lot of information to enjoy the region and introduced good restaurants for having French food. I’d like to recommend this B&B to all of any travelers, specially who would like to avoid busy Chamonix town.

The location of the small chalet is about 15 min. drive above Sallanches, a pretty narrow road with a lot of turns. I trusted my GPS and finally it arrived at the correct location. once there, I had to ask where is the chalet. I Knew it was not a detached chalet, but a small housing unit attached to other similar housing unit. The key was in the mailbox.
The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. Even if the triple room was a bit small, it was very clean and well arranged. The location was very convenient with a free parking on site. Many restaurants are accessible less than 5mn by foot. Breakfast at the hotel (not included in the room rate) was great.
We have already been to this hotel and liked it very much. I would like to add that the restaurant we didn't manage to visit before surpassed our expectations. Food was great and elegantly served, some unasked for treats offered, very tasty and so nice of them. Highly recommended
It didn't feel like a hotel or a traditional BNB. It felt homy with a very cozy interior, confortable bed and an exceptional hospitality I haven't seen anywhere else for a while. The view is worth a thousand words.. really left us speechless especially those sunrises
I’ve stayed here many times. This is a no-frills, very functional hotel that does what it does exactly right: good beding, good service, good breakfast. nothing exceptional (except the view on the mountain!!) but very dependable, and thats a rare quality!
We found this ibis hotel exceptional, the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. It was nicely decorated and very clean. We walked to a nearby resturant. As we had an overnight stop, we found the hotel to be in a good location.

I liked the many different kitchen appliances, and the location, very close to a lot of ski resorts, which is why we rented this place. About 10-15 min walk from Sallanches center.
