A quiet and cosy place in between the station and the Roman Arena, very close to both, yet very quiet. I usually don't sleep very well in hotels, or I wake up often, but this one was an exception - I slept better than at home. The personnel was very helpful and gave us tips as to where to eat and what to visit.

Very well kept mansion from early 1900s- pool and gardens excellent- better then pictures can capture - has claw bathtub, no shower in the unit we stayed- we were fine with that.

Breakfast was a real disappointment, actually a rip off for €36. No cheeses, no real selection of fresh fruit, I’ve visited Europe many times and stayed in many hotels, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a breakfast buffet that was that bad, and maybe not that expensive!
