Absolutely terrible. We checked out after 1 night.
Absolutely terrible. We checked out after 1 night. Rooms were not very clean, booked 2 rooms which were far apart from each other. At breakfast there were flies on the croissants. We all felt very unsafe in the property. There were stains on the carpets. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially female travellers.

The personal speaks poor English. Ive reserved on booking but the couldnt manage it. Ive reserved with breakfast incl.,but they took extra 12 euro AFTER I left the hotel. They just took it from.my avvount withuot any info or qiestion. Thiefs!!!

I enjoyed my stay in a cosy room.
Liked · The staff at the reception provided a good service in terms of attending to customers in a professional manner. The room is clean and tidy.

I like both the lounge and restaurant areas i'ts very clean.The reception staffs are very nice and helpful: Smiling, greeting and overall a good customers service indeed. But room staffs are a little bit pushy: rushing out customers to get out earlier so that they can clean the room, when they know that the time to leave the room is about 11am or 12 am.

A 3 star hotel that would struggle to keep its 3 stars. The staff are friendly however the rooms are poor (but bedding is clean) minimal tea or coffee provided in room and not replenished.
Don't go by the hotel pictures, the rooms are much smaller than they show on their site.
Toilet was poorly cleaned, long term grime below the water line and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl so it sat to one side, expecting any moment to fall into the toilet...
there are no restaurants close buy except for a dubious McDonalds next door.
300 m to metro, super clean tiny but useful.35 minute to center.price/ performance 👍🏼. get Bonjour Ratp app for metro. maison Alford les Juliette’s is our station. check location. this is the single decision u must for this hotel. we were 4 with 2 kids. cozy, warm, all time hot water. 20 m to Boulangerie best croissants 🥐 in Paris trust me.do not take hotel breakfast for 11€ croissants 1,10 only and best Parisien thing.
The front desk staff is really helpful and speaks English. Restaurant staff especially Stefano is exceptionally friendly. The location is quiet, and not too busy. only 700m away from Creteil Point du Lac Metro station. There are a couple of other restaurants/bars close by if you want some variety. Good shower. Convenient bar restaurant.
The location by the park is beautiful.
I would like to particularly praise two members of the staff: Sadat, if I recall his name correctly, provides the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. He was pleasant and polite and conscientious.
The receptionist, Ruud (if I am spelling it correctly) was exceptionally polite and helpful.
The hotel and staff were extremely nice and made us comfortable. rooms were very clean and the location of the hotel was perfect and in a quite and relaxing place near a lake with beautiful view at walking distance. Also very close to super market and a nice shopping mall. also there is amazing and safe parking area for cars.
The receptionist (a guy with dark curly hair) was the best pet about this hotel. I am sorry I don’t remember his name but he helped us with the crib for our baby and he changed our room when we told him it was smelly with such an enthusiasm. Really bravo!
Good location, close to the creteil soleil shopping center (5min Walk ) with all sorts of stores and a large carrefour groceries store. Easy check in, check out, and very close to a big park just outside the hotel.
Very good place to stay, especially if you are in transit as the hotel is near to the motorway. It is also near to the train station and the shopping centre and if you like Mcdonald then you are a winner.
the condo had a nice view and the location was good it’s about 45 min from central location on the train. it’s about a easy 10 min walk to the train. It has a bright look to it and very spacious.
I liked that the staff was welcoming, The room was okay and the neighborhood is quite peaceful. The hotel isn't that far away from the city itself, and the public transport coverage is great.
