Lovely hotel, nice comfortable rooms. The thing that made it for us though was the excellent service from the gentleman who checked us in. He shown us the way to the parking garage and helped us park, he was so very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely sensational service. We didnt get his name though :-(

It's nice to wake and ear the birds singing rather than car engines. Our stay was just for one night but I wished we had planned to stay longer. Rural location but just a 10 minute drive in to Burgos. (easy). Host and accommodation excellent, would recommend to all.
We used the hotel as a stopover from Santander to the south, just 2 hours from the port. The room was a traditional decor very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The host was very pleasant and helped find a safe place for the car so that the bikes on the back of the car were in no danger. There were a couple of restaurants about a mile away. all was good and would definitely go there again.
The hotel was really lovely spotlessly clean and lovely and warm, the bed was comfortable. Laura was a lovely host although we didnt see her until the next morning, we had a long drive but she kindly opened our room for us for when we arrived. We would deff stay there again 😃
