Hotel room was spacious with big beds and bathroom was larger than most rooms in other hotels :)

Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Nice grounds. Decor is nice but getting a bit tired. Pool crowded with mainly families. No adults only area so be warned :-). Pool service is very basic. Golf facilities are amazing. Also the grounds and gardens in rest of the resort are absolutely beautiful!
This hotel first opened its doors back in 1927, when the present owner’s great-grandfather first opened up the kitchen to the public and how the hotel acquired its culinary tradition.

Located next to the airport, very convenient for a stay before / after flight. Easy and very reasonably priced access by bus to Girona. The staff were excellent and a very nice veranda for evening meal and relax.
Literally right next to the airport and car hire locations. We flew in late and a two minute walk took us to the hotel. 24 hour reception where you can get cold drinks and snacks. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, big showers and very quiet. Collected our car the next morning just across the road and having had a good nights sleep, made the transition to driving on the other side of the road a lot easier! Highly recommend.
Obviously this hotel's star attraction is being within walking distance of the airport. We stayed one night as our flights home were early so it made travelling less stressful. Lovely, plain room. Very comfortable beds, very clean all over. good WiFi. Nice staff. We only had breakfast as we walked up to the excellent Mirador restaurant for dinner. Dinner options looked good in the hotel though
Best thing is proximity to airport terminal, literally a few minutes walk. My single room was small but clean & fine for one night. Didn’t use any other of the hotel facilities.
