The woman that checked us in was very friendly and hospitable. The bar/
restaurant was very good and had a lot of choices on the menu. Also close to the Camino.

The receptionist and staff was rude ,unkind and overwoked .We are tourists walking the Camino, when we arrived we are tired, we don't speak Spanish ,our cun card (for phone wasn't working) They refused to help us with a simple phone call to the transport company to forward our back packs finally did it which took them all of 3 minutes ,but they made a hudge deal out of it by talking Spanish loudly abot us to each other

Villava could be a good choice for pilgrims who want to avoid Pamplona's crowdedness. During my stay not so many pilgrims stayed here so the room was comfortable. Downstairs there is a big kitchen with many tables and chairs.
Outside the building there's a bar. The albergue is close to a nice park it can be relaxing to spend time there.
The lady at the reception speaks English well. She was friendly and kind.
Just fine for an overnight stay while passing through. Clean, friendly personnel and adequate breakfast for a very good price -with a possibility to park the care up to suv-size in the garage underneath the hotel (9€ extra)…
Such a great place to stay especially with a dog. The hotel staff are so helpful location great especially if you are travelling north or south. Lovely mountains view & walks great food a real gem!
Great location. Just 3.5km from central Pamplona. Confortable and efficiently run. The breakfast was very good. Underground parking is available (as parking is very limited outside the hotel).
Room was super and comfortable. I'm sorry I wasn't staying longer to make the most of it.
