Perfect setting in the village. Rooms are modern with air conditioning which is a valued bonus. Excellent dinner in the restaurant including breakfast. The staff was very friendly, sadly we only booked this hotel for one night, next time through I’ll make this a two night stay.

The old city streets of Pamplona are beautiful by day and quiet and empty. By night the city is transformed to a busy vibrant place and everyone seems to be on the streets. Although you won't do bad if you elect to eat early (i.e. before 8.00pm) in the plaza with the other tourists you'll get much better food later on in the smaller side streets as they start to come alive about 9.00 onwards. The atmophere in this city is second to none and the people are warm and friendly. If you are the sort of person that likes street life you can do no wrong in heading for the five way junction where Calle Navarreia meets with Calle Curia, Calle Caldereria, Calle Mercaderes and Calle Manueta. There are several bars here all very close together and it can get very busy outside until the early hours of the morning but you'll always be able to get to a bar to buy drinks and tapas. A favorite of mine is Meson De La Navarreia which has a wonderful vibe and changes around midnight from a social bar/eatery to more of a nightclub feel as the tables are pushed aside, the lights go down and the music goes up. Although the area feels darker and more edgy than the plazas, this is after all Basque country, it is not threatening in any way and you can often hear half a dozen european languages being spoken. This is for me the real Pamplona that I love to come back to again and again and is summed up neatly on a banner I read in the square here (curiously in English) "You are not in France, You are not in Spain". If you like a bit of luxury during your stay then the two best hotels I have found that offer, in my opinion, good value for money are the Catedral Hotel, which is bang in the right place and, if there is no room at the inn, Hotel Tres Reyes which is close to the old town and arguably has better bathrooms. To avoid disappointment don't turn up in this city on a Sunday for a one night stay. Ever a hard core party town like this needs a night off.
Beautiful Basque town, full of character and history. Visit to the museum of Navarre, an absolute must. Calle Estafeta and Calle San Nicolas were amazing for tasty tapas in a bustling atmosphere.
This is a small and quiet village in the valley of the Ezkurra river. Recommended for people seeking to be quiet, undisturbed and enjoy nature. Farming, cattle, logging. It is an excellent base to visit this valley and two contiguous ones, Baztan and Bidasoa. It is easy to get around by car through mountain roads in picturesque settings. The neighbors are helpful and friendly. Language is either Spanish or Euskera. The only bar, restaurant and hotel in town is the Ezkurra hostal. The food is uniformly excellent. Places to visit nearby: Bertiz forest, Leurtza reservoir, Xorroxin waterfall source to the Baztan river, walks along Ezkurra and Bidasoa riversides, Baztan viewpoint in Ziga, Baroja house at the Alzate neighborhood in Bera, Zugarramurdi cave, different towns in the Baztan, Ezkurra and Bidasoa valleys with typical and beautiful Navarrese houses.
We really liked the cathedral museum. We don't usually bother with these, but this one is brilliant. We also liked the Museo de Navarre, which had some good art. Walking the fortress walls is also very interesting and is a good way to see more of the city.
Berrioplano is the perfect place to stay during a road trip of Navarre. El Toro is easy to access and parking is free and easy. The area is safe and quiet.
The hotel is in a stunning location and the monastery buildings are beautiful. It was a great base to explore a whole range of places in Navarre. Our room was very peaceful with only the noise of the owls calling at night. We also enjoyed visiting a couple of the church services to hear the monks singing Gregorian chant which is a very ethereal experience.

The location was fantastic at the centre of the Navarre region. We ate in the hotel and the food was superb.
The room and the hotel itself are great! Very nice location, you can reach it by car only. The views are stunning, very relaxed and calm atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are welcome mini tapas. Also, there is a lovely garden and swimming pool in the common area.

This is the second time me and my partner stayed here. It is a great place to relax in soft beds and nice staff. The food in the restaurant is also superb, as well as their breakfast and spa.
Everything the structure, the decor, the amenities, the finish and everything that you could possibly need on a holiday. But to top it all was our host Mr.Ruben Mendi, he did everything that was expected from a good host, he also did what was not expected like gift us with home grown vegetables and a bottle of very nice wine. What won our hearts was when he said "If you need anything any time or get lost in deserts of Bardenas, just give me a call, you have my number." It feels so nice to know there is someone to depend on in a different country, it is so reassuring to know that someone cares. So i will recommend this place and this host to one and all. We found a new friend to cherish in Ruben.
Very friendly staff at the front and also the supermarcado. We chose a bungalow with Mountain View. Great view. Very quiet. Right on El Camino. It would be convenient to supply some food too.
