We were travelling by car, so we arrived at the property very late, so I was concerned about loosing the check-in, but Mr. Rafael was very kind to wait and receive us at that time. The place is wonderful. As it was an off season, there were not many people during our stay and the pool was closed. Overall, we loved the place, the view and the beds were wonderful. I had one of the best sleep in a couple months. If you need help with the Spanish speaker help desk, you can message or call the person in charge and they will help you gladly.

Staff were great on Thursday to Saturday. The lady on reception was very helpful (dark hair). Sorry, I didn't get her name. Man servicing on saturday night was great as well. Hotel needs to recognise that their staff are a great asset and to hire more when hosting functions. Breakfast on the Sunday was chaos and a real experience. Plague locusts spring to mind. Staff didn't have time to replenish anything. They were run off their feet.

Location is ideal, only 15 minutes walk to the Mosque/Cathedral. The apartment has off street parking very nearby (about 1 minute walk). Our host, Miguel, met us as we arrived to open the car park for us and give us the keys.
Plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchenette. The apartment is in a very quiet block. It was also spotlessly clean when we arrived. Host was really welcoming and kept in touch with us every day during our stay to make sure things were OK and that we were enjoying our stay.

Unbelievably professional and courteous staff and owner! Was truly one of the best stays I've had on my Camino de Santiago trip! This place was truly wonderful, Santa Cruz is one of the best towns in Spain, if a little off the beaten path.
The room was like in a hotel - very spacious, with a/c, tv, huge woredrobe, etc..). Only one thing - better request one not with windows to the street, because the bar tables are just next to the windows wich cause a lot of noise.
