The location was fantastic, easy to get around and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Directly across from the beach, beautiful views from my balcony. The roof top bar with the pool was beautiful, pool was smaller than I expected but the beach is literally across the road so no need for a big pool anyway. The selection of buffet food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Plenty to choose from and tasty.

Great stay. Didn’t see much as we were only staying between other accom and a flight but it was very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to all the amenities of the area. Transfer from the airport was only 10 minutes. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Food and drinks reasonably priced and good quality.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast with lots of choice. All staff were helpful and friendly, especially at the pool bar. Everything was clean and tidy. Many bars and restaurants in close proximity. Would recommend Restaurant El Ranxo Picader. It’s really nice and great value for your money.

Hotel Fenix boasts an outdoor pool year-round and a furnished terrace. Set in el Arenal, there is a water park nearby.

Clean and functional, room was comfortable and nicely laid out. The staff were friendly and reception 24/7 so helpful as our plane was delayed. Great location for the beach and restaurants but at the end of the action so quiet for a good nights sleep. (This was in May si might get rowdier later on in the season) Bus stop is so close for travel into palma old town and central bus station. Super close to airport but wee were never bothered by plane noise at all. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, loads of options with specials every day. The kitchen clearly took pride in making it special
