The rooms are very spacious. My friend's room actually had 2 rooms where she can separate the LR pull out couch and it was huge. Rm 102. Our rooms were 103 and 104 were next to each other. Breakfast here is excellent and has a wide arrange of choices. There is a fresh squeeze orange juice machine and you can also make your own mimosas.

This is just a most awesome boutique hotel. Roses doesn't do itself justice in the photos and this hotel is one block from the beach in a nice quiet and safe area. It was decorated tastefully and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The breakfast was amazing and the highlight. The staff are so friendly. We stayed two nights. Sweeping around a sandy bay backed by mountains, the fishing port Roses has become one of the most popular Costa Brava resorts. This was partly due to El Bulli, one of the world’s best restaurants, which once graced a neighboring village.
Although that landmark restaurant is now closed, the town still has plenty of eateries and bars with some of the area’s best nightlife. Some are by the long promenade with palm trees beautifully silhouetted at sunset. Around the Bay of Roses, the headland becomes more rugged and the beaches more cove-like. In the opposite direction is the large Roses marina, although the one in next door Empuriabrava is huge.
Water sports are very popular here, including diving and windsurfing. The Aqua Brava waterpark has a host of slides, rapids and a wave pool, and other entertainment includes go-karts and minigolf.
Above the southern end of town, the star-shaped ruins of the 16th-century Castell de la Trinitat overlook the lighthouse. On the other side of Roses, the Ciutadella is a much larger site containing Greek and Roman remains and partly surrounded by medieval walls. Even older are the Creu d’en Cobertella megalithic structures, one of which is the largest in Catalonia.

Beautiful Spanish resort full of French Tourists as the border is so close. Fine sandy beaches which are cleaned and smoothed every morning. History buffs will be in heaven visiting Neolithic Dolmens and medieval castles and forts - don't miss the Ciutadella on the seafront, it is magnificent! Wide clean promenade with separate bike lane. Cafes and restaurants galore. Get a local bus to stunning Cadaques - E6 return. What's not to like?

The town of Roses is walkable with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The locals are very nice. They seemed to like it when we spoke some Spanish with them (but it wasn't necessary). Nice grocery stores, as well.

We stayed in Canyelles, a small town next to roses. A little bit more intimate than roses, although if you want to really go out roses is right there. A lot (to much) of roundabouts on the way to firgueras, but apart from that easy to reach.

The apartment is new, spacious and full equipped. You don’t need to worry about towels, sheets, kitchen equipment, washing kits. This building and apartment has the best location/quality/comfort combination in Santa Margarida. You’ll be lucky if you’ll reserve this place. In addition to the features of the place, the owner Jordi is very pleasant and kind, communication is easy, clear and comfortable. Definitely anyone can stop looking for something else if find this apartments available for their dates for holidays in Roses.
The location is amazing. I hate to say it because people will flock. But it is amazing. The apartment met our general requirements, was a great location, friendly people, plenty of bars and restaurants, even walking to next harbor along the coastal pathway. What a gorgeous trail! And there ARE supermarkets right nearby. You just need to go outside and look (located on the other side of the dry riverbed, where the public beach access is). Best beach vacation we've ever had.
The location is so wonderful. If you don’t know the area it’s a bit daunting to discern where in the region you want to stay. The answer is HERE. A sweet perfect cove on the Mediterranean with restaurants but away from the big beach scene. The staff was so accommodating- helped us book. The massage room and masseuse were great. The boat ride to Cadaques from the main Roses beach was so easy. We loved our 3 nights here. Don’t hesitate if you can find your dates!

Hotel is directly on boulevard, so no busy street in between as is in many other locations in Roses. Room was on side of building with sweeping view of Roses and beach. Nice trip to Dali-house in Port Lligat and sturdy walk of about 20km through bit of wilderness back, with lots of birds and snake if you are lucky. Catamaran trip to cape and underwater world was enjoying.
Fabulous hotel perfect for visiting Roses. Great location. Breakfast buffet style very good quality but a shame that the waitresses at breakfast were miserable.
Our room had a sea view, basic but clean and very comfortable beds.
The railings on the balcony however do not seem very safe and are far too low.

The hotel is on a private Mediterranean cove on the Cami de Ronda trail. The artwork throughout the hotel and grounds is amazing. The staff makes you feel so special and taken care of. Food is delicious!!!!! It was hard to leave. One of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at.
The pool is big and nice to swim in for every age. The breakfast and diner is ok. Nothing special, but also not bad. Location of the hotel is a plus, with the nice view of the bay of Roses. The rooms are not small, but have not much extra's. The bathroom is big and tidy.

The apartment was ideally situated in the middle of Roses town and only 150 metres from the beach. The bed in particular was very comfortable. But everything was good.
