During my stay I volunteered with the world central kitchen at CAR Centro de Acogida a Refugiados. This facility was right on the rail line that I used to get back and forth to work. There was plenty of places to get a bite to eat. I ate at VIPS many times during my visit. It is very easy to get around the neighborhood via taxi, rail, bus, or walking.
Always be aware of your surrounding when you are in areas where there are a lot of tourists and people. Pickpockets are a problem if you are not paying attention. I didnt have a problem.

It is ideal to visit Madrid as there is a regional rail line that leaves frequently in comfortable trains leading (in about half hr) to the rail stations of Madrid connecting to the underground (Metro) network ideal to visit Madrid and its many cultural and grastonomic centers.

Automated check in very interesting as there is no actual reception(ist) or personnel. This, I believe, contributes to the personnel, when found, to lack friendliness or any sense of customer service. They would rather be contactless! Anonymous. Lost and found availability: NONE! Double check your room before your leave as you will never see your item again. NONE THE LESS: the Hotel room (apartment) is comfortable, clean, nicely appointed and overall pleasant and enjoyable.
Firstly, we want to thank María for all of her help on Sunday before we left back home. My partner needed to get in touch with me and she went above and beyond her role.
The staff in general have been courteous and responded quickly to a problem that occurred at the hotel (pipe burst).

Room: big enough for two, good mattress for a good night's sleep
Location: very close to many restaurants in Kinepolis (15-18 minute walk from the hotel) and Carrefour (~5 minute walk)
The i Hotel is ideal for business in Ciudad de Imagen. It has a carpark if you are driving. It is 400 meters from the light Metro which goes into central Madrid with one change of Metros. There is food at the hotel and several eating places in the locality. The M40 Madrid ring road is 1km from the hotel, so getting in and around Madrid by car is simple.
The área and location. A self check-in facility, very innovative and efficient. Lovely neighborhood with many restaurants and places to eat. Easy location to get to the center of Madrid. Very convenient to where I needed to be in order to visit family.
The room was big, the bathroom was also large with shower and a separate Tub and bidet.
The location is on the outskirts of Madrid about 13 minutes driving to city center so not bad.
The parking was for free.
Hotel was easy self access, details are whatsapped to you and clean.

Broad selection of breakfast courses both from kitchen and buffet. Very clean hotel, pleasant to be in, stocked up mini-bar. Well ventilated room and big bathroom. Service cleans perfectly every day.
The hotel was great. Everything about it was satisfying and it was beyond my expectations. Very clean, comfortable, and calm. The breakfast was good. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Nice clean modern hotel. The room allocated was really spacious with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty to choose from. Really nice coffee.
