Playa de Palma is a clean but very busy resort. Majority of fellow tourists were German and lots of cycling groups. Many bars and restaurants as well as souvenir shops. Probably not a honeymoon choice but great for a good value break.

Palma de Mallorca is beautiful. It was at the very end of October - beginning of November. I didn't know before that November is the dead season in Mallorca. But there is a special beauty in deserted beaches, a quiet embankment. Still warm. The water is also good. But the wind, the sea is rough, hotels and restaurants are closed for this month. I want to come back again. The aftertaste is great.

Well organised and clean front and beach. Shops are fit for purpose and offer a ranch of things from needy kit to cheerful crap. Plenty of drinking holes and many very focussed on German visitors who can give as much and dress as badly as most Brits in football shirts. Food is wide ranging and not overly priced but quality doubtful. I liked the effort which goes on to make the beach front and beach free from litter and the rat and tat sellers. They were there lurking about the side streets but not pestering you. On this occasion I did not find myself smelling drugs which was a pleasant experience.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoy our visits to Playa de Palma and everytime stay at the Negresco Hotel.
There are many restaurants to eat along the seafront, but recommend if you love surf and turf Mama Muus (just off the promenade) Excellent steaks and reasonably priced.
Avoid Gingers for food as poor quality and expensive

Amazing hotel for travellers who like quiet and calm atmosphere within short walk distance toain streets with clubs, restaurants, bars. If you want to go to Palma it's just 1 minute walk to bus stop and 30 minutes ride or on taxi 15 minutes. So really nice holiday with awesome stuff and clean rooms. If you'll book breakfast and dinner option you'll have awesome buffet with different options each day , food is delicious and all traditional Spanish ! Location was really good, close to the airport, on Playa de Palma and the beach was about 150 m from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was pretty spacious even it was one-person room. Hotel was older, but nicely renovated. Balcony has a hanger for drying clothes/towel. I loved the bike room for storing my rented bike. The bike room accessible also through the reception. Big "all You can eat" breakfasts and dinners with variety of food (i ate a lot to gain energy before/after bike rides).
There was nothing not to like. Very nice hotel and spacious room with see view balkony. The sky bar is story for itself, probably the best one in the area.
The food was excellent, various and well organised. We were with little baby and they have child seats and allowed us to take pack some food for the baby as well as provided hot watter for the bottle.
Location perfect! Right on the beach, close to bus station and free parkings in surrounding streets.
I really like the hotel ! Staff was friendly and helpful (but more speaking German than English), room clean (serviced every day). Breakfast with good choice of continental/cold and hot food, some dishes prepared on request. Location is the biggest advantage for the hotel, situated beside: beaches/bus stop direction to Palma de Mallorca/shops/restaurants/bars and all you need to enjoy the stay!
The hotel is really lovely. I had never been to Playa de Palma and was surprised by the drinking culture there and everything associated with it. Fortunately Bierkoenig and Megapark are a bit further down the road. The hotel was like an oasis in the chaos, peaceful and clean. The food is very good quality and the choices are great. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Iberostar Cristina is easily one of the BEST family hotels in Mallorca, and probably in Spain..We visited for Christmas and had such an amazing experience

The location is amaizing just in front of the beach. You have everything you need around supermarket, cash points, restaurants, beaches. The hotel is modern with a lovely swimming pool downstairs solarium and easy access to the beach. Favourite space is the rooftop with a nice bar and swimming pool and a stunning view.
This was a nice hotel with friendly staff in a perfect spot for beach lovers. It was a 10 second walk from the hotel to the beach and the strip had plenty of shops and restaurants! The rooms were comfy and clean with pretty views. There is no parking offered to customers, but plenty of parking on the street.
