Comfortable and clean room/bathroom. Our room had private rooftop access and view of the harbor. Only a short walk to many shops and restaurants at the harbor. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Exactly what we needed after a 30km walk on the Camino!

Great location. Clean, comfortable, washing machine.
I always come with happiness to Muxia. I choose all the time Bella Muxia for the reason of the welcoming hospitalieros and also the Special Albergue and Hostel facilities that I could find from 2017, when I came first time. This is my second time in 2023 staying , both in common albergue and one guest room too in my holiday.
Everything was perfect in both cases.
I recomend Bella Muxia.

We walked from Lires to Muxia which was approximately 16kms. Lires to Muxia is an easier walk than Muxia to Lires. The last 5kms into Muxia is downhill with about 2kms on bitumen.
The walk to the Sanctuary was worth it passing by the disused Condor Eel drying site. The Artisan Lacemakers have a hut on the top working on lace while you watch. Lace is for sale from this shed. Didn’t see any other outlet in the town itself.
Views from the top are spectacular and worth the walk.

Muxia is a lovely place with a really special atmosphere, to my mind it’s a better place to stay and for finishing a Camino than Finisterre. There’s not a great deal to do, exploring the whole town takes about an hour. There are some very pretty old buildings and the landscape and sea by the lighthouse are spectacular. There are plenty of bars and restaurants offering very fresh seafood at reasonable prices, if you fancy a swim the beach is safe, clean and pleasant. Bus links are good. I’ve been three times and like it more each time, it is a nice place just to be.

Muxia is a beautiful little coastal port/village, it is the final finishing point for the Camino so there are is no shortage of people arriving and leaving. It is also popular at the weekends and fiestas with locals who travel from all over to have lunch. So if you are thinking of eating at Lonxa d Alvaro (which is excellent) make sure you book as a table there is very sought after. There are lots of other amazing options for dinning and its easy to spend the days just eating.

Muxia is a wild and rocky coastal town with two light houses visible. and a beautiful church site 1/2 mile from town. We wandered there every evening, it’s especially beautiful at sunset. We walked to a few Sandy beaches, but because of 25 mile an hour wind gusts the entire time of our stay, we did not enjoy the beaches as we had hoped. We found all of the towns people very warm, welcoming and accommodating, and seafood was the very best we’ve had while in Spain!

If you want peace and quiet and idyllic beaches and friendly people, this will suit you. I was actually in Merexo, but went to Muxia for an afternoon. It is full of bars and restaurants, but it is a little town. There is a port and a few little streets to wander along. Not loud and touristy. Lovely.
Fabulous hotel with beach on its door step and full view of the sea. Very quiet at night with sound of waves from Atlantic Ocean welcome. It is a quiet hotel away from town centre so good night sleep guaranteed as the town can be noisey with market and other events. The town is only 5 mins walk away and light-house only 15-20 mins walk away. Bedroom was spacious and spotless as was bathroom. Excellent shower. Tv in room. Would highly recommend it.
Central location in Muxia. Information sent prior to check in by Aure was very informative and helpful. You were able to get a Muxiana certificate printed at the alburgue. The bathrooms were very spacious and I was impressed that it was fully adaptive for disabled pilgrims. Laundry drying facilities on the roof and there was a lift! Proper towels!
The bedroom was very nice and clean, well sound isolated. The matress was good.
The balcony is very amenable and definitely a plus. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, made us feel confortable.
The sights around Muxia are of a unique beauty: wild seaside.
There are no crowds, no queues around the town, nice restaurants.
Easy to park.
Beautifully maintained historic property. All amenities were top notch, Jacuzzi, spectacular bedding, delicious welcome chocolates. Great chef. Best food I have had in hotel restaurant on the camino. They provided transportation from and back to Olveiroa!
Amazing stay in a truly amazing hotel. Great staff. Nice rooms. Excellent facilities. Breakfast was definitely worth the extra cost. Rooms are spacious and the whole hotel has really nice design touches. The views are spectacular. Reccomended!
The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay in Muxia. The kitchen and washing machine are wonderful to have. The property manager is extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was nice.
A spacious, well equipped albergue in Muxia, with a multi-storey terrace on top for some stunning views around the town. The tourist office to receive the Muxiana is a few meters away, close to many restaurants and the beach.
This is a super place in Muxía. Everything works properly, clean, bunk beds have stairs not ladders. They speak fluent English which is a big plus and they are super helpful with everything. Higly recommended.
Piso O Percebe was right in the centre of Muxia with everything we needed in walking distance. There was a good selection of restaurants to choose from and we enjoyed exploring the coastline of Galicia.
The host and staff at Muxia Mare are super friendly, very helpful and speak a good range of languages. The accomodation is comfortable and good value for money, in an ideal location for the Camino.
The location is magic -- stunning views. The design of the building (six stories built into a hillside) is radical but really works perfectly. One of the very best hotels in which we have stayed.
It's located about in the middle of the Camino between Fisterra and Muxia. The Owners are very nice, dinner and breakfast were great. They also gave us snacks for the walk to Muxia.
wonderful! you will love Angel and his wife! they will bless you and take care of you! great dorms! great private hotel rooms! VIEW!! super clean! great kitchen for communal cooking!
