Plenty of space, beautiful old building, beautiful view of 12th century church, stocked with lots of food and wine that fed us both supper and breakfast. Lovely warm proprietor.

It’s authentic feel and especially the hospitality of Senor Inaki.
The receptionist (man) spoke ZERO English and the website...
The receptionist (man) spoke ZERO English and the website states a washer is available for pilgrims which is super important but he advised us that was NOT the case. Hotel restaurant was just OK, not a lot of options and limited hours

Staff were very helpful. Restaurant was ok.
Staff were very helpful. Restaurant was ok. However too far from Los Arcos, even though free taxi back into town.
Also, rooms have paper thin walls. I could hear every bowel movement, TV, and cough from next door room.

Everything was very good: location, property.
Everything was very good: location, property. Little suggestion to the hosts:
As most of your travellers walk Camino, some spices, kettle, oil , even tea or coffee would be wonderful.
Thank you for the stay!

There is nothing much happening in Los Arcos.
There is nothing much happening in Los Arcos. It does have a very useful bus stop if a sick or injured pilgrim would be inclined compress the next section to Logrono. I got the bus to Viana and had a shorter walk of 11 km into Logrono. The bus fare was £1.90 ( Euros.)
The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great! I arrived into town after 17:00 but was unable to try to get to the hotel because of running of the bulls in town. Once I was able which was closer to 20:00, I realized it was not an easy walk and I had difficulty getting a cab. I called the Hotel and they were quickly able to help me get a cab and offered to pay for the cab. The next day, a staff member personally drove me to the bus station. The extra efforts were so appreciated.
Los Arcos is a small town on the Camino. This is one of the first places as you walk into town which certainly made it convenient to drop off our backpack. The apartment has 3 rooms and we used two of them. Frankly, Los Arcos is a spit of a town with very few options for dinner IMO. The absolute best part of our stay was the fresh bakery a block further down the street with vegan pastries and cookies.
A concierge asking those questions upon check-in in a regular hotel of reasonable quality would loose her job on the spot. E-socket broken. It seems at the end of the season some refurbishment needs to be done. Breakfast was ok. For a stay, on the camino for one night it is ok - but there were places we were staying at on our camino which were much nicer with staff better trained.
The accommodations were clean. The view from my window was amazing. It was a rainy Sunday so the town was quiet and the hotel bar was not open. There was clothes line outside the window which was convenient but was unable to use for very long because of the rain. It had great warm shower. Would stay here again.
Lovely room on the first floor. Included a bath and small sofa for relaxing. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Overall, a pleasant stay in Los Arcos. Can not comment on the breakfast as this was not available over Easter.
Pension Los Arcos is located 5 mins from the town centre and the Camino route. The room are big, spacious and clean with bath towels and a private bathroom. An affordable accommodation with a twist of comfort for the Camino pilgrims.
The hotel w!as away from the camino but the very helpful staff offered a lift to the start. Hotel had restaurant which was conveniennt. The staff at the desk were so helpful and friendly and so your customer service is excellent!
our room was lovely and in a great location to walk around in Los Arcos. The area was very quiet and there was a wonderful, local restaurant close by for dinner. Our stay for one night while on the Camino was perfect!!
The hostess was very helpful. I made a reservation for 1 person accidentally, I was traveling with my partner. She worked on my behalf and found another hotel with room for 2 people. I was very grateful for her help.
It was clean enough with a cafeteria style restaurant and bar. There is a mini store at the hotel which was convenient and the staff offered rides to and from The Camino. Not high quality but will do.
