The hotel was very nice in a very nice location close to the beach. Not very close to Palma (you need to take a bus), but all you need is around: Restaurants, bars, supermarkets.
At the time we were there the swimming pool was open and it was a very nice swimming pool. Additionally to that they have a roof top terrace bar that was wonderful with a nice view to the beach.
The rooms were standard for the price we paid, but we loved the small balcony watching to the swimming pool.

This is a residential neighborhood but a great place to call base while visiting Mallorca. In 18 minutes you are in the center of Palma. You are close to main roads and highway leading to other locations of interest.
There is an annual festival in June called Sant Marcal.
There are supermarkets and shopping in the area as well as restaurants.
