Small mountain village that works as a great base to visit...
Small mountain village that works as a great base to visit the Natural Park. Plenty of information about hiking routes to do there in the tourist information office. Good services in the village: small supermarket with all the basic goods you might need. Some good restaurants from a burger place, a pizza place and others... Taxi services to go up the park from the centre of the village. There is also a good bakery and a farmacy across the street from it. Basically, Espot covers all your basics.

We used Espot as a base to snowshoe in the adjacent National Park. This is a small, high-mountain village, which is very busy in the summer months, and in the ski-season, but can be very quiet at other times. There are a sizeable number of self -catering apartments and about four mid-size hotels in the village, as well as a pharmacy, outdoor shop and small bakery. There are two small grocery shops, and several small restaurants. It is along drive to the village from other parts of Spain, or over the pass from Vielha, but the scenery is stunning. It is an outdoorsy-place, so there's not much to do if you don't walk or ski!

Great place to stay if you are planning hiking in the national park around. We also did some rafting which was amazing.
There are some nice resturants there. Look for Al Dente - the place offers great pizzas, and self made pasta filled with all kinds things.
If you are planning for a long stay - better find a large supermarket on your way. The one in Espot is pretty small.

What an absolutely beautiful place.
What an absolutely beautiful place. Worth the long, winding drive. Restaurants are cheap and delicious. The park is a 10-minute drive away and worth every second you can be there. I would've liked to stay longer and do more of the hikes! It was pretty warm during our stay but I hear that's a bit unusual. I would love to go back!
There was free parking in a dirt lot with plenty of room just down the road from the hotel. It's central to everything right in the heart of town. The room was cleaned every day, not something we were expecting, and the beds and pillows were very comfy. We didn't see staff much but when we did, like at check-in, the process was smooth.
The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Espot. Parking just in front of the hotel door. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with fresh local food. Friendly staff. Dog are welcome for an extra fee and allowed in the common areas. Bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a little balcony with garden view.
staff were really nice and helpful! very comfortable rooms with great small balconies. the view is amazing, the sound of water from the nearby stream is wonderful. located right in the center of Espot, near some restaurants, a minimarket and the national park visitor center. had a nice breakfast at the wonderful garden.
This is the second time we visited. The hotel is in a great location, with spacious and well equipped rooms in good condition. T
he best thing though is the hospitality. We felt really welcome here and for sure we will return.
We also have to mention the excellent breakfast with tons of options.
This apartment in Espot is in a perfect location for exploring the nearby National Park. You can easily walk to the park headquarters and the place where the taxis leave to go up to the park. The apartment was very comfortable and although, small provided everything you need.

The land lady is a very service minded person. We had a great chat with her and she assisted us greatly.

We liked everything about Roca Blanca. It is a very short drive to the park entrance, the location in Espot is perfect, close to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly, breakfasts great, hotel very clean. What more can I say!
Everything great, amazing location (the river passes right near hotel and if lucky to get rooms faced to the river the sound is relaxing) very clean rooms, they change towels every day and clean the room, good breakfast 👌
