The staff were great! Mr. Rafael received us very well. We were travelling by car, so we arrived at the property very late, so I was concerned about loosing the check-in, but Mr. Rafael was very kind to wait and receive us at that time. The place is wonderful. As it was an off season, there were not many people during our stay and the pool was closed. Overall, we loved the place, the view and the beds were wonderful. I had one of the best sleep in a couple months. If you need help with the Spanish speaker help desk, you can message or call the person in charge and they will help you gladly.

Staff were great on Thursday to Saturday. The lady on reception was very helpful (dark hair). Sorry, I didn't get her name. Man servicing on saturday night was great as well. Hotel needs to recognise that their staff are a great asset and to hire more when hosting functions. Breakfast on the Sunday was chaos and a real experience. Plague locusts spring to mind. Staff didn't have time to replenish anything. They were run off their feet.
