Small place in picturesque and convenient location. Friendly host, nice breakfast. The host helped us to park near the hotel as it was on Sunday and the parking was full. Bus stop for the lakes is less than 10 minutes walk. WiFi worked fine.

A really interesting area that was unexpectedly busy. This is a really popular spot for mainly Spanish tourism as far as I could tell.
The monastery was fantastic as were the lakes that really are worth the 9 euro bus ride to get to (the only way up aside from walking or cycling).

A cute tiny city with amazing views. 15-20 mins by bus to the famous Lagos de Covadonga (lakes). I recommend taking bus as the roads are narrow and might be difficult to drive. There are restaurants, hotels and free parking. Ideal for those who want to visit Lagos de Covadonga. Also, there is a breathtaking church in the mountains.

We didn't spend much time in the city and went straight to the lakes.
make sure to have at least 2 hours there!!! such an amazing view! the lakes themselves, the mountains and the animals (cows and sheep) walking around is just breathtaking.
Keep in mind that in peak seasons cars are not allowed to go up to the lakes, and honestly the trip is a bit scary, so you can take the bus or take a taxi with a few people. but take in mind that the taxis only stay there for about 45 minutes and then take you back down, which is just not enough time.

Unfortunately visited at a very busy time-major religious festival as well as still apparently school holidays.
The lakes are lovely,as is the surrounding scenery. The buses were good and frequent.
The area closest to the buses were quite busy but we were able to walk properly away from crowds.
Very friendly staff, amazing location (15 mins by bus to Covadonga lakes), the bus stop is near the hotel. Tasty food in the restaurant (I fell in love with the bread) and huge portions. Very quiet (it’s near the road but at night there is no noise). Amazing view from the room. Breakfast was nice as well, a lot of sweets to choose. The first night was a bit cold and the manager turned on heating especially for us. We didn’t want to leave as we felt like at home :-).
This property was basic but comfortable. In a great location on the main road in Covadonga. There was parking opposite the property but it is used by day trippers so I would recommend arriving later in the day to get a spot. The people who run this little hotel are wonderful. They could not have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
Great location in the mountains right at the entrance to the Covadonga lakes area where you can pick up the bus ( and buy tickets) or drive into the park - although you have to enter before 7.30am and the road is long, narrow and very twisty so the bus is more relaxing. Also next to the Basilica.
Enormous room, bed and bathroom. Quiet.
Lovely small family-run hotel in spectacularly scenic location a short walk from Covadonga’s Cueva Santa and Basilica. We arrived late at the end of a 6-day hiking trip and the hotelier was very gracious and helpful. Our favorite hotel during a week in Northern Span.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was a convenient place to stay for exploring the beautiful Covadonga Lakes and the Covadonga village. The restaurant was closed in the evening, so we did not get to try the food there, but breakfast was good and plentyfull.
Extremely friendly service, very clean room, ideal location right across the street from the bus up to the Lagos de Covadonga and walking distance to the Basilica, parking included, delicious breakfast with lots of options. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect stay. Staff incredibly nice and helpful!! Breakfast absolutely fantastic. Meals very tasty and affordable. Room very clean. Nice building and good atmosphere. Close to Covadonga sanctuary. Would recommend everyone!
A lovely little hotel right at the base of the entrance to los lagos de Covadonga. Very nice restaurant and truly incredible staff that were very attentive and kind. We would recommend to anyone and return in a heartbeat!

The hotel was very comfortable and clean.
Staff was really helpful and friendly.
Hotel was also very close to the lakes and other turist areas. Breakfast was delicious.
Pino and Jorge were amazing hosts. My daughter felt completely at home. Location is great, next to Covadonga. Very easy to park, and I went during easter.
Gréât location, authentic, very friendly personnel and the breakfast is amazing. Easy access to les picos d’Europe while escaping the masses of covadonga!
