The reasons for choosing this place were location (20-30 min driving from Los Cristianos/Playa del Duque/Las Americas) and price (south is more expensive than north side of the island and this was the most convenient one we could get).
We had the only double room on the ground floor (room no 1) and we like the fact it has balcony as well.
Bed was comfortable, room temperature was good and wifi working.
There are 6 rooms on this floor, 2 full bathrooms with shower and other 2 on the first floor (about 3 rooms there I think, but one of them has private bathroom if I am not wrong). So, we had no issue in finding a free bathroom when needed. There is soap and shower gel and you get 2 towels per person in the room. Hot water was running all the time.
Everyday there is somebody cleaning the common spaces and we’ve been told they can clean our room and change towels/bed sheets after 2 nights. We also used the laundry service once. Informed them 1 day in advance and agreed for a time next day. Cost is 3 eur and they add detergent and conditioner if you want. Clothes were clean and smelling good after, I recommend it.
Shared kitchen is a plus also as you can cook and eat there.
We always found parking spot on the street, so no worries about it.
There is a supermarket 3 min away and there are several placed to eat nearby.

The communication was very good and our arrival was nicely organized. A playground and supermarket are close to the accommodation.

Quiet, peaceful village . Good for trips to other places in Tenerife . Very good public transport . E.g. 30 - 40 minutes to Los Cristianos, 1 hour to Los Gigantos. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The most important thing is that at any time of the year the temperature is above 20 degrees . Close to the airport, you can take bus 415, get off at the Ten Bel stop.

The place is absolutly wonderful! Area is quiet and nice, around lots of cafes and restaurants around to enjoy lunch or dinner. Walking distance is beautiful little city- La Calletas- great area to enjoy the best seafood for reasonable price, nice shops and bars. Apartment is very clean and comfortable- pools are beautiful and all set up around is perfect for a vacation. The owner is very helpful and always on call if you need anything. 10 points!

A friendly place. Lots of good food. There was no need to leave the village. Las Galletas the contiguous village was very Canarian. It was more Spanish than tourist. We enjoyed mixing with locals in the bars and restaurants. Prices were very reasonable. Tenerife as a whole was welcoming. I will be going back soon.

Love silencio , lovely area and people very friendly. We always feel at home and welcome , never want to leave ! Not so commercialized but plenty to see and do .plenty of places for good food and good supermarkets in area . Bobby's Indian restaurant was a favourite of ours and also westhaven bay restaurant. Staff so nice and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We always have a hire car and like to explore all of silencio and other neighbouring resorts , though if no car a fantastic bus service to take you to beautiful beaches . Relaxing and tranquil evenings to enjoy in silencio😃

There is a picturesque hiking trail not far from the accommodation. You can walk and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Very nice view from the volcano. There is a bus stop very close by. Therefore, it is convenient to go to any other beach on the island. Also pleased with the proximity of two good supermarkets. Therefore, you can easily buy groceries and cook on your own in Hermusa and SuperDino supermarkets. Products of good quality and freshness. Or you can go to a cafe or restaurant nearby. We visited Leo's Tapas and Fish-Art. The seafood dishes are delicious and the portions are large. We also visited the Aqualand water park. In general, they were satisfied with the holiday.

The westhaven bay has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The apartment has everything you need, it was spotless and so comfortable. The staff were so helpful and professional. If you love amazing food then try the on site restaurant, the food was exceptional. It is a very popular restaurant so you may have to book a table. Public transport is excellent and just outside the hotel, allowing you to explore the area further. I would have no hesitation in recommending the westhaven bay for a wonderful relaxing holiday 😎
The owner met us at the property at arranged time. Seamless comms, very kind and helpful, have checked on us periodically if anything is required during our stay. We enjoyed the terrace - during mornings especially, it is facing East and the rays of sun are warming so gently in the morning. The terrace stays in shade in the afternoon which is perfect. Great Internet and Netflix - a big plus. Shops and a number of restaurants around. This place would suit a couple who are looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay.
The apartament itself is super cozy, for me as a solo traveler it had everything I needed! It suprised me that It had all the stuff in the kitchen needed for preparing a proper meal! Ive been in different apartments and they also said, it includes kitchen stuff but most of the times it was old or just incomplete.... You can park your car super close to the entrance, like half minute walk! You can buy breakfast for 6 euro and Julija is super host and I really reccomend that you rent an apartment from her!
I had a very nice experience in this hostel. The staff was very helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and positive. There is a Huge Benjamin tree in the garden with a very comfortable hammock and a lot of other spots where you can either relax or socialize with the other guest. There are some nice cliffs and a beach very near to the hostel where you can get in the water fr a swim or just enjoy the sun. A great thank you to the staff and I will see you again the next time I visit Tenerife.
The room was fantastic! I was a little worried because I had seen that the hotel was being renovated but that didn't bother me at all. The room was new and modern. Great for those who want to spend the week and still use the kitchen and feel like at home. The pool was cold which was to be expected since the water is sea water. The pool area was wonderful and renovated. despite not having parking, this was not a problem because there were several free spaces in front of the hotel
The accommodation was the finest in its location. Las Galletas is a very small non touristy place which should be fine, however there is not any natural beach (just one near the port which wasn't that clean or nice, it's just near the main road), so if you are looking for a place where you prefer to stay most of your time in hotel, this might be for you! The natural pool was the biggest plus. Just the opening hours where so short (9-5).
The apartment is wonderful: clean and equipped with everything you need. You only have to bring yourself! 🙂 Manu is a very nice host and always responds if you need anything. The apartment is in a nice quiet residential area so you will sleep well. The area around the apartment, like the C.C. Ten Bel and the park needs some renovation, but you will definitely have a wonderful stay here. I can only recommend it!!
Natalia is a great host, always polite and eager to help. Fast check in and check out. The apartment was great, everything you need included and even more, like detergent for washing machine, beach umbrella, coffee capsules. So literally everything. The bed was quite comfortable. Also we enjoed having our breakfasts on terrace, which is large enough and you can see some palms and sometimes even parrots on them.
In pretty, quiet residential area but very convenient for all amenities and the lovely little seafront of Las Galletas. Absolutely immaculate property. Everything you could need in the shared kitchen including free tea and coffee. Bedroom spacious and comfortable. Lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very good value for money. Great base in Tenerife away from the high rise hotels of bigger resorts.
Perfect location for exploring the nature of Costa del Silencio, including the Montana Amarilla and bus to Parque Nacional del Teide. The host, Simone, was very patient when messaging to meet to hand over the keys, and the apartment was clean and made self-catering simple! It was very bright and spacious. It had laundry machine, microwave, all facilities needed for our stay. The host Leo was VERY nice and helpful, explaining local attractions and restaurants. We got a bottle of champagne when we arrived and a souvenir from Tenerife when we checked out! Such a nice detail! ^^ We really felt welcome and would definitely come back!
The house is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, there are enough pillows and blankets. The kitchen has absolutely everything.
Children loved the summer shower on the terrace.
There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants around. It’s better to have a car though if you want to travel around to some sandy beaches.
Luca is very kind， he answers our questions very soon and gives us an overview and recommendations at the very beginning of our stay. Apart from that, this property is fully equipped, with beach towels, hairdryer, a lot of cookwares. The swimming pools are really really beautiful, you can have the sea view when swimming.
Location is very good. Very close to the object you have a swimming pool, supermarket, restaurants - lot of options, the beach and the bus stop. We were not too long time, so some attractions we found only in the end - like natural swimming pool in Ten Bel.
The host Finke is genuinely a nice person. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean and furnished to a high standard including all the amenities you would need for your stay. Fast wifi, excellent shower conveniently located near shops and restaurants
