The location is good, just at the outskirt of Vitoria Gasteiz. The parking garage is convenient. The room was a good size, but needs some renovation. Old fashioned.
Located in the countryside 45 minutes' drive from Vitoria, Santuario de Arantzazu offers wonderful mountain views. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi, TV and a private bathroom.

Incredible location adjoining an amazing church at a great price. Rooms were large and comfortable with dramatic Mountain Views. We woke up late our first morning and missed breakfast. The lovely lady at the cafeteria made us breakfast specifically and saved our morning. Highly highly recommend staying here!

Good location for travelling through Spain. As with most Paradors, lovely old renovated building but very isolated so no other facilities around, just a few houses. Bathroom bin had not been emptied and soundproofing in general not good. Would have preferred to be able to have a light meal earlier in the evening as for a lot of older travellers, eating late does not help a good night's rest!
Loved everything about this hotel. Covid steps taken were outstanding - the best I’ve seen at any of the 5 accommodations I’ve stayed in over the last 2 weeks.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I’ve seen reviews on slow service, but this was not our experience at all.
A very comfortable hotel in a great location with lovely views. The staff in all areas, reception, bar and restaurant were friendly and efficient.The restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel and provided very good food and a good choice of wines.
The room was very comfortable and the hotel is set in a beautiful old building. Service was very good and staff communicated well in English. Our dinner was excellent and good value for money.
