The hotel was lovely.. My boyfriend and I had a relaxing, restful holiday.. The staff were extremely helpful and came to our assistance any time we neededit. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff always greeted us with a good morning and a smile
On the weekend I wanted to order a meal.. The young lady at the reception helped me read the menu and place the order.. We also had problems with our room safe, but the problem was dealt with very quickly..

The place was very easy to check in and out, the little pods were very comfortable, air vents were not too loud and lights were adjustable. You can’t really hear people in other pods or in corridors. The whole place, including bathrooms, was kept very clean, wifi was very fast. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing to complain about! Additional plus for an option to use lockers up to 24 h after check out. I was able to keep my bag there until my flight at night.

Location was decent, around 10-15 minutes to markets and restaurants in a quiet residential neighborhood. Despite the poor hygienic conditions, the apartment was spacious and the space would be good if properly kept and clean. Access information to the unit was shared timely, albeit not very clearly. Unfortunately the unit we entered had nothing to do with the photos that were beautifully presented in the platform.
The room was perfect and was clean. We stayed with my family (2 kids and 2 adults) Bathroom was also ok and had a nice shower. Glostrup is just outside Copenhagen but within 15 minutes you are in Copenhagen. Breakfast was very good.
