We stayed only for one night, but we absolutely loved our experience in pension Cech. Clean, good location, spacious room with a little kitchen. The bathroom looks like it was renovated not a long time ago. The very cute little yard where we could have dinner without bothering our children, who wanted to stay in a room. I can totally recommend penzion Cech.

Very nice and clean small city, Moravia is a wine oriented region and during summer season it is full of people , and there is a great bicycle infrastrcture so, wines, bicycle, friends and czech people - cant get any better :)

Valtice are called the "hearth of czech winemaking" and I cannot more than agree. So many options what to do, from walking in the vineyards, enjoying historical sites, cycling, great food and wine in the local cellars or visiting neighbouring villages - there is always thing to do.

There is so much to see in Valtice that one day was not...
There is so much to see in Valtice that one day was not enough for us. If you rush you may get it all in but it would not be enjoyable. We traveled in the off season and it was beautiful. We will return in peak season to see the gardens and enjoy all the area has to offer. Keep in mind most things close at 4:00.

Beautiful historic town with many restaurants and wineries . Lots to see and do . Castle was gorgeous, tour was just the right lenght and I esecially enjoyed the costume movie display about Marie Terezie .

Valtice is a small city with a pittoresque main square and a beautiful castle. Most of the buildings have been renovated and kept the historic style. There is a laid back atmoshhere as the town is not too touristic.
Cycle tracks are leading through vineyards to Ledice and Mikulov.
But there are also good train connections

It is not just Valtice but three cities that are close to each other - Valtice, Lednice and Mikulov. Beautiful castles, huge gardens, a lot to see by walking, riding bicycles or using a horse carriage. Historic sites that are marked by UNESCO as a European garden.
The hotel was super modern and clean. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.
The swimmingpool was the best part with a nice view over the castle and rooftops.
It is the perfect location to start your cycle ride in between the vinyards and to relax afterwards.
It was very handy you could rent bicycles from the hotel and with the check in we got a glass of wine to welcome us :)
Jams, spreads, nutella, etc. was all home made at the breakfast and they make your eggs fresh so it really elevated the quality.
if you're looking for a total reset experience this location is for you. in the middle of the vineyard, on the hill overlooking typical Palava views. It's far enough from the town to experience silence, appreciate fresh air and walks in the surrounding vineyards. breakfasts are served in a nice space. modern design, good quality furniture both in the room and common areas. free parking in front of the property.

. My family of 4 stayed in the upper apartment with balcony and garden view. The owners are friendly, helpful. Apartment itself is spacious for a family,modern and clean. Free Parking in privat garden. Great location! Walking distance to the Valtice palace cca 4mins. Very good Restaurants around.. I can only recommend this place..

We were earlier in the area due to jet surf lesson. They let us into the apartment earlier so we could drop off our things which was highly appreciated. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfy. It is possible to lock your bikes in extra room which is quite handy (or any other large items). We were 100% satisfied with everything!
The location is perfect - right on the main square so it is a great base to get around Valtice. The host is very nice and extremely responsive. The apartment is spotless with everything a family needs. There is also a small balcony and a bike storage in the basement which are a nice bonus.
Excellent host and lovely outside area. Great communication with the host and everything was very easy. It's not in the centre of Valtice so quiet and away from the crowds, but everything in the town is quick to get to. There's no kitchen (I thought there was) but a fridge and hot pot.
Really beautiful style of decorations and general vibe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly need (3 ways to make a coffee!) and if you didn't get enough in the town during the day, you can grab a wine from a wine fridge. The bedroom was clean and spacious.
Fantastic location, great breakfast and a great terrace with a castle view to enjoy a glass of vine. I highly appreciated the hotel parking place included in the price. We were visiting Valtice and Lednice and Penzion pod Zamkem was the perfect starting point for both.
excellent apartment (modern with all amenities) with huge space - all very well prepared, Parking in front of the house was possible and the host would have been reachable all the time. apartment was quite silent - although a street was in front of the house.
Everything; beautiful and spic-and-span clean property, comfortable beds, location close to all points of interest, caring owner, thoughtful amenities, etc. Do not miss this apartment if you are in the south Moravia!

The hotel is just in front of the Valtice Palace. The staff was very helpful. Valtice is not very big, so it is an easy walk to all restaurants. The breakfast was very good: eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries.

Breakfast is satisfactory, although the choices are limited. The staff is friendly. Parking spaces are many. There are fruits and drinks for free during the day, excellent!
A great location with complimentary parking behind the hotel. The room was spotless and comfy. We really liked the air conditioning because it was a boiling hot day!
The location was fabulous could not get any closer to Valtice Castle. The receptionist was lovely, friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a great variety.
