The lady at the check-in desk went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She stayed after hours to make sure I got in O.K. on arrival, and agreed to get my laundry done within 24 hrs of me giving it to her when I checked in. The location of the hotel is central to Marianske Lazne, and there is a good restaurant on the lower level of the hotel, which makes it very convenient to eat there.

We have been happy with our stay. The room (20m square) was cozy and quiet. Bathroom with a bathtub clean.
There is a tiny fridge in the room as well.
