The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though some of them didn’t speak very good English, they made a lot of effort to communicate with us. And they were very patient with our many requests. They also allowed us to check in earlier and check our later with no additional fees. Truly the best staff.

We loved staying here. Thank you so much for this beautiful time for our family. It is such a unique beautiful place to stay surrounded by a ring of mountains and at the foot of the massive volcano. There are so many beautiful hiking trails and places to explore and it is stunning to have the green grapes growing against the red and black lava rock. The stars at night are spectacular. The hosts, Cicilio and his family are so kind and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. The location couldn’t be better and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.
