Caterine is this hotel's best asset!
I want to highlight her personality because otherwise, I wouldn't have ended up staying at this place.
It was really hard for me to find how to get there, to the point that we were I was furious and rude, but Caterine remained calm and sent someone to help us find the way.

Modern, comfortable rooms that are brand new. The location is off the main road a little, but is very close to the main attractions in Paipa and they have indoor parking for cars. The rooftop terrace wasn't finished yet, but when it is it will be a nice place to hang out.
The view from the room was great. I could see Sochagota lake and enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The room was tidy and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.
The hotel offers a spa area but I didn't use it. However, it looked really nice.
This is one of the most beautiful colonial hotels in Colombia. Such an experience to stay there! The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was great, and the thermal waters were extremely relaxing.
The Staff was great, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was on point. The view to the lake is nice too. It was a good distance to Pantano de Vargas, the hot Springs and Paipa's main plaza.
So clean place, and beautiful, the people were so nice to me and my girlfriend. Has a terrace where you can see all Paipa town. If I go back, I will definitely stay in the same place.
For me and my friends, the main attraction of the hotel is the pool; we had a great time enjoying the hot springs. The room had a very nice view of the Sochagota lake.
