The staff at this location is one of the best. The manager and the hotel staff are super friendly, kind, understanding, flexible, and very helpful. Booking.com made a mistake on the pricing of the hotel for our stay which was actually way cheaper than the hotel would normally do, but the manager honored it because it was a mistake done on the Booking.com side and it needed to be discussed with them. So they get rave reviews just for that alone, I think many hotels would have forced us to pay more and if that was the case we would have left to find another hotel. But the manager didn't put up a fight and was completely understanding, professional, and sweet about it. 5 stars just for that smooth checkout interaction despite the huge error Booking.xcom made. I hope Booking.com gives them some perks for how well this situation was handeled.
The included breakfast was simple but delicious, the cook was always on time in terms of when the food was ready. You need to inform the staff at least 20 mins before when you want your breakfast so it's fresh and hot. The room and beds were very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure too. We loved that there were blackout blinds too and a nice balcony.
The staff also helped us with getting dinner delivered when there was a huge rain storm. The staff made sure it was easy to get our car in and out of the garage. The cleaning staff was great and they even made our beds and gave us fresh towels. Overall, they made our stay feel very welcome!

Paipa is a great place for the outdoors. Cycling, running. Thermal Spas near by. Near to other historic towns of Boyaca. There is also a big lake Sachagota for kayaking. The people in Paipa are very friendly:
I really like that even though is not located midtown, it has things around it, grosseries shop, bars, and restaurants are pretty close, midtown is like ten minutes far... the termals are at five minutes and some hotels have termals anyway.
The house is very clean, full equiped, has a lot of beds, I think 9 people can fit in.
The room was good but tthe bathroom size and towels didn't look good.I decided not to take a shower because it wasn't very inviting.Not enought bath supplies ,no fridge,etc?
In general was acceptable but not satisfied for the price you pay compared to other hotels with the same price

Modern, comfortable rooms that are brand new. The location is off the main road a little, but is very close to the main attractions in Paipa and they have indoor parking for cars. The rooftop terrace wasn't finished yet, but when it is it will be a nice place to hang out.
The view from the room was great. I could see Sochagota lake and enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The room was tidy and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.
The hotel offers a spa area but I didn't use it. However, it looked really nice.
The location of the cabin was excellent, close to the main tourist attractions in Paipa. The host was always friendly and responded immediately to our request. The cabin was well equipped in the rooms and kitchen.
The Staff was great, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was on point. The view to the lake is nice too. It was a good distance to Pantano de Vargas, the hot Springs and Paipa's main plaza.
The staff was great, so kind and helpful! Breakfast is 10 min walking from the apartment but very good. We had a massage at the hotel and ot was very well done and professional.
