Location, middle of town. Room was nice and comfortable. When I checked in late at night, Roman carried my bags to my room and upgraded me to a suite and it was wonderful!

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast and dinner options (although dinner is pricey, but this is expected, and overall reasonable). Dinner is a very "classic" Swiss experience with multi-course meals etc - a joy on its own. Great amenities and "family feeling" of the hotel. Convenient location for skiing. Very nice sauna - small but convenient.

We loved the hotel and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were cheerful, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and we loved having access to the balcony and mountain views. The spa is also lovely and we visited every day.
Mealtimes were great. There was lots of choice; food was fresh, well cooked and tasty and breakfast supplies were replenished continually. The staff even made us a packed lunch to take with us as we left before breakfast on the last day.
The room was very spacious, with great views of the lake, and a modern bathroom.
The location of the hotel is perfect, just in front of the bus stop to get to the ski lifts and with direct access to the lake for ski de fond.
The restaurant offers a la carte and a set menu with fresh products and a nice selection of wines.
The service is impecable making you feel like at home.
The Hotel was great, but the real Highlight of the place is the Staff. Very friendly, very accommodating for our requests and just an overall positive Vibe. The Manager (George) was a pleasure to interact with, runs the place in a very professional manner.
We liked the hotel room which was spacious for a family of there with an extra bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and you could order warm items too. The restaurant had great food, the atmosphere was very cosy and the staff very attentive.

This chalet is located in a very nice spot on the slopes overlooking Valbella and Lenzerheide. The owners were extremely helpful and accomodating. Will be more than happy to return!
Welcoming and warming. Great breakfast and dinner and the salat bar . The spa is also very nice, so good after skiing. Hotel beds are very comfortable. The staff was very sweet.
