I arrived to the city early and was able to leave my luggage in the office. However, I was late coming back and would have arrived after the reception closed. I gave them a call and they were nice enough to put my luggage in my room. They had already sent me instructions for late checkin, so everything went smoothly. I really appreciated their help.

The parking lot and entrance of the hotel are not well designed. The receptionist who checked us in was well-equipped and knowledgeable, but the front desk team was inexperienced in handling luggage and welcoming at the entrance and exit. A 5-star hotel experience was not provided.
The room is useful, sound insulation is good. It was not possible to adjust the shower head. Although it is located on a very large land, unfortunately, the only place to sit is the lobby and the terrace in front of the lobby. Hookah is smoked in the hotel, you can see it in almost every area, this shocked us. There were hookah smokers under our room balcony. Breakfast quality was good but the variety was not good. My 3 year old son was charged 35 francs for breakfast. The adult fee is 45 francs. Will we come again? I am not sure.
