Very charming traditionally buillt hotel built chalet (very old with lots of character). We travelled around Switzerland for 10 days and loved our 4 days in Interlaken and at this wonderful gem of a hotel and restuarant. Rooms were modern with access to a number of UK TV channels to watch once we went to bed (and it was comfy). The breakfast was wonderful (especially the bread) and a hot drinks machine server different coffees. Switzerland cost of living is very high, the restaurant food was worth every penny and is a credit to the chef and waiting staff. There is a regular bus service to Interlaken OST and West train stations, but we could walk comfortably in 20 mins for our evening stroll. The local paragliders landed nearby which was interesting to watch. WiFi also very good which allowed me to keep an eye on my emails.
100% will return again (this was the best hotel we stayed at foe pur entire time in Switzerand)

Interlaken doesn't seem like a prime destination but more of a home base for other excursions or a stop between two destinations. It was easy to get around and there were plenty of shops and restaurants closely located to the hotels.
Beautiful old building, view of the mountains, simple but clean and cozy room. Heating worked well and you could regulate it (make it cooler at night). Good breakfast (you can get freshly fried eggs upon request). In walking distance from Interlaken West train station. Given the high price levels in Interlaken and Switzerland generally, the price is very good for what you get. They even have a washer and dryer in the building if you need it, for guests to use themselves. Very cozy hotel. Friendly staff.
I stayed in Hotel Rossli from 26th to the 30th of April while on vacation at Interlaken, Switzerland.
My stay here was enormously pleasant because of the warmth and great vibes I got here at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location of this hotel ensures that you get terrific view of the mountains.

We were given a very warm welcome and the staff at the Check-in counter - SHIRAJ was very helpful & very entertaining. He specially gave us a room which was good for us. The room had a very nice balcony and also had a newly renovated bathroom with SHATAF. It was indeed a pleasure to stay with Hotel Sonne. When we check-ed out we were also given recommendations on how to travel and suggested us a special route to go to Italian part of Switzerland. The route was with breath-taking views.

I just regret how unfriendly the receptionist was when she demanded my passport for check-in and the very rude way she reacted to the fact that I didn't have a passport, as it is not necessary to enter Switzerland from an EU country.
Location. A couple of minutes walk from Interlaken West station , shops and numerous restaurants. The main 'junction' station is Interlaken Ost for trains to the Jungfrau region etc. Friendly reception. Got given local discount card which offers free local buses etc. Reception helpful in loaning me a plug adaptor as many older hotels in Switzerland still use different ones to most of Europe. Breakfast from 07:00 was a good selection of food, coffee etc.
This place is a gem! It has been a continuously operating hotel since 1666. Old World charm with updated facilities. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely. We had a beautiful view of the Jungfrau. Bathroom was well equipped. A fan in the room which coped perfectly with the warm day. Breakfast is delightful with a wide selection of local cheeses, smoked meats, breads, cereals, fruit, etc. Try the restaurant for local specialties, it's 5 star!
We traveled to Interlaken with a family of 10 members. The rooms were clean and the bunkbeds pretty comfortable. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen the two nights we were there as we wanted to save as much as possible being that Switzerland is quite expensive plus we have very picky children. Location is excellent. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a nice addition. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Switzerland.
Cannot fault this hotel, it was perfect. Owners are incredibly helpful & welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean, functional & comfortable. Best shower I’ve had in Europe in terms of water pressure & temperature, i.e. not a tepid trickle that even some 5 star hotels offer up. One minute from train station but no noise whatsoever. The hotel is located a short walk from the Interlaken OST station, very close to the river and Harder Kulm bahn station as well. While it’s not associated with the hotel, the tapas restaurant called “Cover” which is just down the road is amazing as well. The Included breakfast buffet was great with lots of fresh options, and the amenities and room features were what I’d hope for from a 4 star hotel.

The hotel De La Paix is conveniently located in close proximity from Interlaken West train station and other shopping areas. The rooms are comfortable and bathroom is spacious.
