There is a pool but it is not heated like it is advertised. The beds were ok but not really comfortable especially considering the price of the room.However , the housekeeper staff were exceptionally good. There were warm, friendly, and provided professional cleaning.

Loved the location - it was so easy and convenient to be so close to all of the things we wanted to do! About 10 mins from downtown/all the shops and restaurants, and also walking distance to Signal hill and the Geo Centre. Breakfast was fabulous - good food, hot coffee, prompt and friendly service (Megan was fantastic) and a beautiful view! Carol was super helpful on multiple occasions. We had a wonderful stay.
