All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable. I was even able to turn off the fan, which is not an option at some hotels! The price was reasonable.

This hotel's staff were audaciously asking for 20% tips at breakfast. When we carried no cash, we were even ask to charge it to our room service bills. We are a senior couple travelling from U.S. and this was our first and last time to Hilton Garden Inn at Markham (Highway 7 and Highway 404). Very bad experience.

We were there for a funeral near by, so not really there to sightsee. There were some interesting shops nearby, though, and subway very close by so I would stay in future if we had other things planned in Toronto
The rooms are large and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Very good coffee machine. Nice to have a microwave and a fridge. The location of the hotel is excellent on the border of North York and Thornhill giving access to both. The breakfast was very pleasant with a good selection of cereals, yoghurt, toast, waffles, pancakes, porridge and boiled eggs.
We love the room that we got! The bed is very comfortable, The linen is clean and soft and totally white. King size is huge. It fits Me, my 2 toddlers, and my husband. The other room is for my 2 girls. I would recommend this for a big family that visit Toronto. Also, the place is not crowded. Parking is safe. It's just 20 mins away from city proper.
It's a very decent hotel with large rooms, although slightly dated. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and enjoyed our stay overall. We loved that we could bring our dog and there was enough space for all of us. Breakfast was included but it was in a "grab and go" format due to COVID restrictions.
Absolutely everything! The place is cozy, you feel like home. The most beautiful thing in this place is honestly it’s owners! Sara and Isaac are lovely couple who treated us and our kids as part of their family! We absolutely recommend this place for anyone wants to stay in Toronto!
The room was generally good, the facilities were okay, and it was clean. It was located right by Hwy7 and can be easily reached by bus. There are many nice Asian restaurants near the hotel so that it would be a pleasant stay if you enjoy the Asian cuisines.
We stayed in the hotel only for 1 night. We arrived very late, we were tired. The lady on the registration did a great job registering us really quickly. She explained everything we needed and was very kind and hospitable.
Exterior was clean, tidy landscaping and hotel was located in a nice neighborhood area. Room was big. Front desk help was congenial and was flexible with checkout (published time was different from time on back of door).
Nothing horrible service and room . The front office was rude and the bed was not comfortable I checked in at 3:00 pm and checked out at 6.21 pm.

I like the breakfast. Everyday was different meals. When I entered the hotel, I thought of it as a low quality, but after spending one night, I'd recommend anytime. Thier services are very ok.
Very good overall. The server at the restaurant was kind and very good. My daughter forgot her clothes at the hotel and the Manager was kind enough to send it to us. OUTSTANDING
