All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable. I was even able to turn off the fan, which is not an option at some hotels! The price was reasonable.

This hotel's staff were audaciously asking for 20% tips at breakfast. When we carried no cash, we were even ask to charge it to our room service bills. We are a senior couple travelling from U.S. and this was our first and last time to Hilton Garden Inn at Markham (Highway 7 and Highway 404). Very bad experience.

We were there for a funeral near by, so not really there to sightsee. There were some interesting shops nearby, though, and subway very close by so I would stay in future if we had other things planned in Toronto
Nothing, the room was completely different from the pictures online. TOTAL SCAM. Toilet doesn’t even stop bubbling. Door doesn’t even properly close. They put in this huge unnecessary table with 8 office chairs in the middle on the room. Washroom is 2 meters by 2. Worst experience. Do not recommend. Paid almost 400$ for a
room that was straight out of a horror film. Manager of the hotel took us as a joke. Unpleasant attitude.
We love the room that we got! The bed is very comfortable, The linen is clean and soft and totally white. King size is huge. It fits Me, my 2 toddlers, and my husband. The other room is for my 2 girls. I would recommend this for a big family that visit Toronto. Also, the place is not crowded. Parking is safe. It's just 20 mins away from city proper.
Absolutely everything! The place is cozy, you feel like home. The most beautiful thing in this place is honestly it’s owners! Sara and Isaac are lovely couple who treated us and our kids as part of their family! We absolutely recommend this place for anyone wants to stay in Toronto!
The room was generally good, the facilities were okay, and it was clean. It was located right by Hwy7 and can be easily reached by bus. There are many nice Asian restaurants near the hotel so that it would be a pleasant stay if you enjoy the Asian cuisines.
Breakfast is great, vegetarian & meat option in the cooked breakfast. We loved having waffles regularly too. Enjoyed cold juices and baked goodies. Loved having a dishwasher in the kitchen and the laundry services are accessible to everyone at the hotel.
I like most of the hotel. I like the room set up, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The fridge is big, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and few housewares. Its my first time seeing these! The front desk clerk is very hospitable! Thank you. Its worth staying!
We stayed in the hotel only for 1 night. We arrived very late, we were tired. The lady on the registration did a great job registering us really quickly. She explained everything we needed and was very kind and hospitable.
I like the breakfast. Everyday was different meals. When I entered the hotel, I thought of it as a low quality, but after spending one night, I'd recommend anytime. Thier services are very ok.
Very beautiful area. I literally loved going for walks. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel for anyone who’s means of transportation is public transport. In all I loved the place. I’ll come back
Very good overall. The server at the restaurant was kind and very good. My daughter forgot her clothes at the hotel and the Manager was kind enough to send it to us. OUTSTANDING
