Staff were very friendly upon arrival & each day of our stay. Hotel is very good for the money they charge, we have stayed here previously so knew what we were in for. Rooms were clean & everything worked well. Coffee machine in the lobby area makes you just about any hot drink you can ask for. Best shower water pressure I have ever experienced.

They seem to have everything: fast food, great grocery stores, Dollar Store, Home Hardware, pubs, Mini Golf, nice restaurants and plenty to see in the area like Cameron Lake, Cathedral Grove, Qualicum Beach, and Coombs Market where the goats are on the roof!

Parksville is central to going up to the Comox Valley, or down towards Nanaimo, various golf courses, and beaches both in Parksville and up and down the island. If you are into the Artisan scene, there are so many spots to check out in Parksville and surrounding areas. If you enjoy nature walks there are many in this area.

The perfect place for a big group like us. Reasonable price for having our own private rooms . GREAT AMENITIES. Many areas for BBQ for big outdoor gathering. Very private area yet very close to town.

Excellent place for families with young children. The beach is fantastic for finding shells and crabs, with loads of small tide pools. Swimming is the best in warm water. The community park is excellent area for children, with a water park beside it. Ample parking too.
We arrived to a very kind welcoming. Greeted with a smile and an upgrade to a room with a view for our sister reunion.
We requested bath robes which arrived promptly. Enjoyed a morning swim and hot tub in clean facilities. The outdoor patio plastic enclosed restaurant /bar with heaters was open for drinks to view the sea, just lovely.
Such a pleasant surprise to find this gem of a hotel on our Island road trip reunion.
The gentleman who checked us in was one of the most charming hotel clerks I’ve ever met. And I’ve met lots! He was an absolute gem.
We weren’t happy with our first room bc it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. He moved us without question and agreed that it didn’t smell very good. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and spacious. We all slept well. Would absolutely stay again.
As I write this review, I am dreaming of the amazing breakfasts prepared with such care by our host, Anneke. The pride that Anneke has in her beautiful home is shown by all the little details she puts into hosting her guests. Our accommodations were clean, cozy and comfortable and the location is secluded and quiet, but only 15 minutes from Parksville. Thank you again Anneke!

this is a charming, very clean hotel with stunning views, delicious food, and kind staff! my three daughters and I agreed this stay was one of our favourites! the pool is also fantastic with and open roof and an outdoor pool being built. lots of love and attention has been put into this classic property! we can’t wait to come back!
The staff are one of the best I've had the pleasure to deal with for this size of Hotel ,plenty of parking ,well lit,great for dogs and just because you have a pet your not put in a older room ,this was my second stay just for pleasure and will be staying again as a solo traveler I feel very safe here.
Jan’s property and hospitality were absolutely top notch. Even though we we’re visiting for work and on early morning and tight schedules, Jan was completely accommodating with breakfast and always a wonderful host. We had a fanstatic time and would absolutely stay again if up in the Parksville area.
We liked this hotel. Our rooms were clean and spacious. We traveled with a pet and toddler and they both loved it too. Your stay also gives you a free pass to go mini golfing which we were unfortunately not able to do. Also very close to the beach.
10/10! The staff here are amazing. Really nice room and we loved the lounge and coffee/snack area. Super pet friendly hotel, there’s even a fenced in area for the dog to sniff around. Good location, we will definitely be back!
Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The hotel was clean Very nice, helpful staff. The restaurant is also great. Good food and great Margarittas. Just wish they could get Rootbeer or sasparilla at the restaurant.
the cost for the room was reasonable. The room was simple, comfortable, clean, and super convenient location. I was able to enjoy the peaceful location and still drive into Parksville in 6 minutes.
This little hotel is a gem. Super friendly staff, super clean, parked right in front of our room and location was great. We were so happy we spent another night. Even the sheets smelled good.
