The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the facilities we required. We requested a cot/playpen since we were travelling with our 5 month old infant, and the staff was very helpful with regards to arranging that for us. They also offered to help us set it up.
Lots of parking available and the main lobby entrance was also really comfortable to sit and wait in since we arrived 2 hours early. Check-in was at 2pm, but we were able to check in 90 minutes early which we really appreciated.
Centrally in downtown Hamilton, this hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Hamilton Convention Centre. It features a heated indoor pool and guest suites that come with a full kitchen.

The property was perfect. Better than hotels at higher classes as my room (single king bed) was quite big, big TV, an armchair with a small table and a desk. Everything that any traveller needs.
Especially I liked John’s (front desk) approach and friendliness to clients.
I will definitely will book my room from this hotel for my next stays in sha Allah.

Hamilton is a surprising city with a real mix of high culture (the art museum) and the gritty artifacts of its industrial past. Old Hamilton has a lot to do, see, eat, and drink, all walkable and with easy access to the GO Train. The Mountain (the Niagara Escarpment) is harder to access except by car, full of unhighlighted history and glimpses of a grand vista over Lake Ontario. The Bruce Trail and Dundas Valley Trails are accessible but you have to pay $11 to park. Newer homes and retail strip malls make this area seem like a suburb of Old Hamilton, with the escarpment as the natural barrier. As with all suburban areas, we got the impression that tourists were not welcome “Nothing to see here!” , a curious undervaluing of a novel bit of Ontario.

Hamilton is the best location to be able to access many attractions without paying very high prices and having large crowds when the day ends. Niagara Falls is just 30 minutes away and Toronto is just less than an hour. There is plenty of shopping and good restaurants. I have stayed in both Toronto and Niagara and found them to be very expensive for everything you do. It was far nicer to be a reasonable distance from both and be comfortable at a place between.

The global impression of Hamilton tends to be negative - and it is not deserved. We found the architecture to be wonderful, the people to be friendly and dining to be varied and generally very good (loved The Mule). We got lost walking one day and a gentleman actually drove us back downtown - over the top hospitality! The weather was very mild and the gardens were still in bloom - but we'd love to see more of it in the summer. Some of the key attractions were just not open, such as the air museum, or closed several days of the week, which was disappointing.

I was disappointed that most bars/restaurants were closed Sunday night. It was not easy to find something open where our group of friends could celebrate following a Grey Cup win. A BIG shoutout to The Cat ‘N’ Fiddle for being open that night. The city of Hamilton could do some things to beautify their city. I was only there for the Grey Cup but am definitely not drawn to go back for any other reasons.

Location was great and was reasonably priced.
Location was great and was reasonably priced.
Parking in area is not good. 22 steps and no railings are not acceptable. "Ola" bakery next door was fantastic, owners was 1 in a million, so warm and outgoing. Don't find em like her and hubby very often. Even gave us freebees for the road when leaving. WOW!

Much of the city to the east of downtown had a run down and dilapidated feel about it. A number of restaurants seem closed or shut down and the number of places for drug rehabilitation and services for people with problems did not create the best impression. On top of the escarpment was a different world.
The main reasons for our visit, The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum and HMCS Haida were very worthwhile and the waterfront parks were very pleasant.
We absolutely loved the Beds. The best night's sleep ever. We literally stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time so we could get some comfort and a good night's sleep. We booked the room with a kitchenette, so we could make our own tea and warm up the left over food. Having it readily available was great, there were no worries. Another bonus was that the rooms have smart TVs, so we had access to YouTube, Netflix and Prime streaming services. It was nice to have, especially if you are just planning on chilling in the room like we did.
We stayed 3 times over 3 weeks in September/October. The staff were friendly and on one occasion happily changed our room for one which was clean & fully equipped.
The rooms were basic (as we expected for the price) but the biggest issue was getting the deposits refunded. On the first stay it came through fairly quickly, on the second I had to repeatedly ask but the last one was only refunded by our credit card company despite many requests to the staff/hotel - not satisfactory service.
We stayed down here for some appointments at the hospital for my wife, it’s a 6 minute drive so it’s perfectly close. There was a lot of homeless outside the parking garage but the hotel does everything to make you feel safe you use your key card to get into anywhere in the hotel elevator, stairs, you name it you need your key card to use it, parking garage was clean and once again safe feeling. Would recommend and would stay here again.
Hotel attractive, well decorated and very clean. The reception ,cleaning, maintenance ,security and restaurant staff were all pleasant , friendly and helpful and welcoming. The restaurant menus was amazing. Of all the specials they served a variety of schnitzel, happened to our favourite food. Something you rarely see served, and haven’t had since our last trip to Germany!
Almost everything about this stay was perfect. The food, room, staff, and location were brilliant. The restaurant was especially lovely and the food was incredible. It was close to Hamilton where we were going to see a concert. Such a beautiful area with a lot of great restaurants nearby.
Rooms spacious and very clean. The free coffee/espresso bar open 24 hours is wonderful. Really liked having real wine glasses in the room. Very happy with the hotel and will stay here every time I come to Hamilton from now on. Great meal in the on-site restaurant
The neighborhood is very nice and the house really is cozy and unique, was a perfect welcome for our first time in Canada, I really appreciate and I would stay again, Amanda was always attentive and showing a really interest on us.
I stay at a lot of 4 stars and this one shines above the rest. Large room. Quiet room. Clean room. Very impressed. Next time my wife and I need a hotel anywhere near Ancaster this will be first on our list.
It was a great hotel. Hidden off the main Street so nice and quiet. Modern, clean, friendly staff, ample parking, great breakfast and great location to go shopping and visiting the many nearby falls.
The room was great! Loved the separation of the sleeping area to the living room/kitchen. Breakfast was amazing, great options and excellent taste. Security of the hotel was very nice!
Located on the outskirts of town but only 5 minutes from the hospital, perfect for and out of town appointment. We have tried other Hamilton hotels we always come back to this one.
They keep the hotel door locked and open for anyone who is is a paying guest only.
The window facing the Main Street is very loud but once the fan is on its more peaceful
We had to check into this hotel when we missed our flight out of Hamilton airport. It was filthy, the rooms were dirty and disgusting. Avoid this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
