The breakfast was abundant, tasty, and homy. Very kind and solicitous personnel. The ambience—an ex seminary cantina, unique. The cleaning staff and reception staff showed a great degree of flexibility with timing, with time, and with options. Free late checkout.

We loved the hotel and it's closeness to snowmobile trails. The hospitality staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were terrific and I will be clear here that my assessment of the staff above is only about the restaurant attached to the hotel. We have been to this hotel many times since it started catering to snowmobilers. We are actually the first couple who stayed with you to snowmobile. I know the restaurant is not part of the hotel, but the waitress we had that night gave terrible service and was exceptionally rude to us. We have always loved having dinner there in the evening after a day of snowmobiling in the beautiful Beauce region. Should you wish to ask me, I will give in great detail our experience at the restaurant last Tuesday evening March 6.
