We really loved the property. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Erin was delightful and offered a nice breakfast. I would highly recommend Small Town Bound Inn to anyone traveling to PEI.

Great cafe across the road for good morning lattes!

Offering a private location on a 110-acre peninsula in Spry Point, Prince Edward Island Decorated in neutral colors, rooms at Ned's Landing at Spry Point offer a peaceful ambiance.

Property is exquisitely landscaped, overlooking the bay. Recently renovated rooms, very modern and clean. No food available on-site but adjacent common room had large clean kitchen available. Not much in the way of local restaurants, so be prepared to bring your own breakfast with you. Cardigan is 25 minutes away with excellent Clamdigger restaurant for lunch or dinner.

    Great Location as a base for East PEI , Wheelhouse at Georgetown wonderful , Bogside Brewery in Montegue again marvellous food and beer. Just steer clear of Rodds Hotels as it’s extremely prejudiced to Booking.com customers.
