The breakfast was very good and the method of delivery very unique! it is put in the fridge and in the morning you put it into a picnic basket which you can then take anywhere on the property, our preference was the terrace.

The view was memorizing, the tide differential in fathoms is 5.3 meters. Constantly something different to look at. You can hear the freighters/tankers before you see them. Real was very helpful in identifying places to eat. When I woke up in the morning to dining in a room surrounded by exquisite folk art along w/exceptional Canadian painters work I thought I was in a dream. Sebastian is a true professional hotelier. Good location off the main highway, easy to get to. The decor was a little tired and worn, but the suite was spacious and comfortable. We liked having a full kitchen, but could have used a couple more outlets for the toaster and coffee maker. The Levis ferry terminal is about a 20 minute drive with frequent ferry service to old Quebec city. We enjoyed exploring Quebec city without the hassle of driving.
