Second time we have stayed at Gran Odara. King size bed and very comfortable mattress. Pretty decent breakfast. Only deducting one point fod the fact that the SPA has just closed permanently.

Cuiabá has grown very fast and some of its character was lost in the transformation into a more modern city. It is VERY hot. But since it's the city that you fly in to go to the Pantanal and Chapada, it's worthwhile to stop for a day or two. Most things are closed on Sunday, though. Grab a bite in a restaurant by the river.

A very good and safe city. I did not have much time to know better the city but the location known as "Popular Square" is a very fun place with several options of bars to meet people and enjoy the local country music and appreciate the regional food.

The city itself is not that touristic: there is a good shopping mall and good ice cream places.
However, if you rent a car, it is close to beautiful locations such as Nobres, Bom Jardim and Lago Manso which are incredible ( falls, hiking, fishing, aquarium, swimmin in natural clear water etc)

Bustling Business City with a perfect mix of work, entertainment and culture. Its best located if you have work in and around the State of Mato Grosso.
It's pretty easy getting around Cuiaba City, the Taxi Service is excellent and so is the Bus service, if you speak Portuguese. There is a Good Uber Service in the City available at any part of the day and night.
The Food places around Av. Issac Povas are plenty with good options.
There are good malls, where you can shop and spend some free time.
The staff was excellent; everyone kind and concerned about how much I was comfortable. The manager of the morning reception, Diego, in person, tried to fix the problems I had with the wifi, and he brought the solution for other things too. Ana, the operational manager, was so kind and warm, trying to redeem this issue. I saw their efforts in helping me, and this is more important than the result. Thank you at Advanced Hotel and Flats' time. You are awesome!
I’having travel all the world and I never had bad experience in any of the place I stay at. First the website didn’t say that I can not have anyone to came to visits me at the room , it’s prohibited to have have someone else at all times in room. If so I need to pay 100 dollars a hour. I got food poisoning at the restaurant. The hotel didn’t offer anything to compensate me for the stress or sickness for couple of days.
Location is great with close access to best shopping malls and it is very safe. All of the staff--the valets, reception, bar and restaurant staff, housekeeping were all friendly, professional and accommodating. I had a special situation and I was in Brazil, not fluent in Portuguese and the staff went above and beyond to help me.
My flight got in really late on christmas (way past midnight). I communicated this with the hotel and they had someone stay up at the front desk to way for me. Supernice! Room was big enough, air con hit well, and shower was hot. Breakfast was plentiful and really yummie. Highly recommend.
The location was good for what we wanted. Great restaurant 'Chao Pan' just across for some super local food. It was easy to get taxi's from the hotel. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable.
